All Trailer Repair

These guys did an amazing job fixing up the trailer and I would 100% go back. They even taught me how to back up and hitch the trailer, usually my brother does this but he was away for work and they were so helpful.

This company had professional staff, right from the receptionist to the service crew.
I had an issue with my 5th wheel hitch and Landis went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for any type of repairs.

A pre owned class C motorhome was brought to this business for an inspection prior to purchasing. I made it clear that I wanted it to be inspected for water damage or leaks. They acknowledged my request and said they would do a full inspection on the unit.

After inspection was finished they said everything was in good working order.  I purchased the motor home only to discover after bringing it home there was a large amount of water damage that was hidden on the top bunk.

I was choked and called the business to inquire why this was not discovered. Because it was winter they said they would send a guy out to reseal the top corner where the damage was in the spring to make up for their mistake and it would be free of charge to compensate me. Even sent me an email so I had it in writing....

Well I inquired in the spring several times and never had any success . Apparently there word means nothing and their customer service terribly SUCKS. Clearly there not thorough in their inspections and missed the one thing I had asked them to LOOK for .... this place was a huge disappointment and I feel totally ripped off. I may not have purchased this unit if I would have known better. I will never go back and I strongly do not recommend.

Helpful with quotes, fair prices. Have had them install a 5th wheel hitch, air bags, and a hitch on my car. Friendly group. Good work.

I called to order a part I couldn't find anywhere else. He had it in his warehouse and originally said he have it dropped off at the shop on Monday. It was Friday close to noon. I received a call no more than 2 hours later saying my parts ready for pick up. He offered to ship it to my door to save me the trip I drove 2 hours to pick up the part and he waited for me when I was running behind. Stellar customer service above and beyond. I will be doing all of my business here in the future. Thank you Landis

i had tie down rails installed and wanted wheel bearings serviced. they called me saying the trailer was ready to go and when i arrived i noticed that they had forgotten about doing the wheels. this caused a days delay and another trip to town(1hour and $40.00 worth of gas wasted).
there was no compensation for my time and expense offered. they did not even sweep up the sawdust from drilling and installing the screws for the tie downs. there were also some minor things wrong with the trailer like a missing screw on the front stone shield, which if i were the service manager or even a technician would have taken a couple of minutes to replace. this shows that they did only the bare minimum required and did not take any time to inspect my trailer for any other possible issues. the work that was done was ok but they did definitely not go above and beyond in any way.
