Terrible, terrible experience for me. I received their name as a referral from a home inspector I know. I needed a zone valve replaced in my condo rental unit. A guy came out the first time to see what he needed and then we scheduled an appointment the next day to put the valve in. He cancelled on me. Then a number of weeks went by with no contact (they were away or something)...Then we scheduled again and he showed up with the wrong valve as he had forgotten which one it was and/or someone took it off the shelf. He took a picture and we rescheduled again and I waited for 3 hours as he could not give an exact time and he never showed up again. When I called he said he was certain he had texted me. Next step was another rescheduled appointment in a few days, AGAIN, he no showed. I then got in touch with the owner who appologized as they have had some staffing issues with dispatch etc. He said he would call me back, put another guy on the job, and give a good price. I never heard back from these guys. Months later, tonnes of wasted time, I am starting over with someone else. Because this was a referral from a friend I gave them every chance to make things right. I cannot recommend these guys based on my terrible experience.
