Our commitment to social justice for all is illustrated in work that helps move underrepresented voices to all levels of government, industry, society and boardroom (and kitchen) tables throughout Alberta and British Columbia. Our communication, governance and issues-based strategies promote empathetic inclusion that is meaningful. To enhance organizational learning and community building opportunities, our education and training programs upskill individuals to lead future programs that inspire, advocate, influence and amplify changes to a broken system. We laugh, we cry, we push one step forward and get pushed one step back – but importantly we act. We reject overtures of rhetoric and are pushing for a new reality where we all can experience safety regardless of our colour of our creed.
