It's a pleasure to meet with Winnie Hui the first time in person. Great service, and good auto plus house deal.

Manager there is on the ball. He is very knowledgeable.

I would give this agency zero stars if that was possible. Worst customer service experience of my life. If you are going to deal with Allstate, I would highly recommend considering another agency. The incompetence, dishonesty, and arrogance of the agents here is mind boggling.

Wonderful experience, answered my questions to the fullest, made me feel comfortable.. they just made it the easiest insurance could be. I always recommend Allstate. Thank you.
