Ate supper there tonight - the chicken fingers were still pink for both myself and my friend. Rather than not charging us for food we couldn't eat because they did not fully cook it, they charged us full price for the food and took off one hot chocolate from each of our bills (I didn't even have a hot chocolate, my daughter did). Won't be going back if that's how they deal with THEIR mistakes. It was a kids meal with extra chicken and I still paid for my pop and there weren't many fries. At minimum we should have only paid for fries and gravy since that's all we could eat. Or offering to cook us new chicken would have been a choice. A free hot chocolate does not cover what I paid for a full meal that I couldn't eat.
