The team really cares about the patient not the paycheque (of course they need to charge for work however they understand financial situations come into play). They look out for your best interests as well as caring about your comfort/anxiety. Erin Heneghan is my dentist and after 40+ years of searching I have found the perfect dentist. The service and staff at Alpha Dental is absolutely incredible! The ladies have truly gone above and beyond to create a welcoming and warm dental experience for my family and I. My 6 year old son actually enjoys his appointments! From the time we walk in the door to the time we leave we are treated like gold. We have been going to Alpha Dental for a few years now and we will ALWAYS be going back. Beautiful office, outstanding service and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I am one of the only people I know who LOVES going to the dentist, because Alpha Dental Care is so amazing! My hygienist, Jennifer, is so lovely and she always makes my experience a positive one. March 16, 2017 - A true professional, Cindy is my preferred hygienist, it feels like we're old friends when I go for a cleaning. The girls (Tiffany, Gina et al) in the front office also remember my name, ask about my trips & are very welcoming. Located in the professional building at Chinook makes the parking easy.

Snapped a crown off in BC, called the office who made room for me the day I returned. Removed the pin, made impressions, should be good as New in 2 weeks. I have been coming to Alpha Dental for 30 years due to the level of service & professionalism of the dentists (as well as the girls in front).

I always have great visits when I go to Alpha Dental. They are always prompt and my kids love going for their visits. I have never come across such great dental care and customer service at a dental clinic before. They are truly great.

Plus another star for always being there for me. Competence has a new name, its Alpha Dental Care. and that means everybody there. From the receptionist, the very recently dated magazines, which you never finish, the fresh fruit, juice and coffee, to the hygienist, who tells you "you're doing well" and then squeals to the boss, that you need a new jaw, to Dr. Allen himself, who explains everything and works fast and well. Did I mention their emergency service. Wow. who knew there was that kind of knowledgeable people and specialized equipment in a dental office. Knowing that the better the teeth are, the longer you live and enjoy them, Alpha is far and ahead of anybody else that I have used in the past. Remember, I came in just after the pedal operated drill was retired, so Alpha really keeps up with everything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Like many others, I ended up at Alpha Dental due to the consumer reviews. They're so great. Prompt (I'm usually later than they make me wait), professional, and quality work. I'm OCD and very particular, and am very happy with the work done on my mouth. They are very thorough and thoughtful, but don't push unnecessary procedures on you. All the hygienists and assistants are very sweet, and you get hand massages while they clean your teeth! Also, the new client x-rays being promo-ed is a hard deal to beat.
