Amazing work. Had my dpf removed and tuned. Work was as quick as promised and better price than most places. Had a small issue arise, possibly not the fault of the work and they fixed it within an hour of me bringing it to there attention. Absolutely amazing customer service! I'm bringing my truck there for any future work.

Outstanding customer service and shop team here! I am in the parts/accessories industry while I can look up all the part numbers myself and cross reference deals and so on, this shop has EXTREMELY AWESOME pricing; Especially for the quality of the parts/brands you may request. Part wait times are extremely low even for my 2001 model Dodge Ram 2500. (Even if something is out of country it is still very acceptable wait time) as for appointments go yes sometimes the spaces can fill up fast but 100% of the time I needed something for my truck it has been next day shipping and delivery/next day install as well! This is my 1# and only choice for diesel shops in Calgary. Very truthful in any accessment.

Hello was the greeting I got as I walked into the showroom after parking my F250 in the lot. From there it just got better. Not only did Kaylee, Tim and Justin help me with my chronic issue which no one else I'd met was able to correct, they also showed me some great ideas for the future.

I found Alpha while shopping around for a new exhaust and a cpu reprogram for my HD Duramax. Kaylee was informed, knowledgeable, and very helpful. On top of these benefits, they had the best price by far and got me in and did the job on the same day! I've only put a few kms on my truck so far but I am very impressed with this shop. I would recommend Alpha Diesel Performance to anyone!

I had stopped in earlier to ask a few questions and had friendly customer service. I will be doing business with them in the future.

Just stopped by there today without an appointment and asked if they can check my injectors, everyone was friendly and they checked them within an hour. Charged me a fair price for that and they know what they are talking about. Thanks again for the quick and friendly service!

I had a problem repaird by them that came back when I was out of town where another shop then replaced the same part. After the problem persisted and a third shop wanted to replace the same part a third time I protested and after digging deeper the third shop found the real problem.

I explaind to DPS that their fix didn`t really fix the problem and they were good enough to credit me back the cost of repair. They seem concerned about making their customers happy so I will contunue to use them in the future.

Poor service, aggressive and bad customer service. I DO NOT recommend this shop! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! This shop is not honest at all!
