BRUTAL! I was shocked at the lack of customer service and accountability despite the initial positive conversation. If I could attach a screen shot of their email to me I would bc it is shocking. They claim to have made every effort to communicate despite it all being via the Internet. I gave my phone number and asked the florist to call me upon delivery as this was an expensive bouquet and a time sensitive surprise. They had both party's phone numbers but never even called me the day they were suppose to have been delievered to say they could be. They claim it was impossible to get a hold of anyone but I was able to get a hold of them and my friend to whom the flowers were suppose to be delivered by simply phoning. To top it off the lady hung up on me when I said I'd like to cancle my order at this point. No sincere apology, no fake apology, nothing. Didn't even care. I never write reviews but this must be said this company doesn't value you the occasion or even the money so as a business model that's pretty backwards.

Very poor in my experience. For a business this place was unprofessional and disorganised. Bad customer service, no-one working there seemed to know what their colleagues had said, and the bouquet turned out to have none of the colours agreed upon when ordering.

A bouquet was very kindly ordered by my sister from abroad for my birthday; after confirming the delivery address just out of Banff was fine, the story was then changed and the delivery was no longer possible. I called to confirm closing time to instead collect them myself, and specifically check that someone would still be at the store just before it was due to close at 5pm. I was clearly told arriving just before closing was fine. On turning up at 4.50pm, the place was shut up and closed.

After a little while of trying to decide what to do, I opted to leave a voicemail message explaining what had happened and that I was upset not to be able to pick up my flowers from my sister for my birthday - received no call back the next day. After calling twice more, I was told that I was wrong, that the store had not closed early and was open at the same time I was standing looking at a dark, locked up store. No apology. The two other women who showed up before 5 and were confused to see the place locked up would disagree...they basically called me a liar, and 'proved' it by the fact that my voicemail message was left at 5.03pm (my call records show I called several times before 5pm, but hung up before it finally went to voicemail).

Another call back later and I finally get a half-hearted apology. After a lot of explaining that no, I would not be taking more time off work to get down to the store for collection (what I had done the day before) they agree to bring the flowers to my house after hours. I was told it was all 'a miscommunication'.

Finally get the flowers. Just showed them to my sister, who was very surprised to see none of the colours she specifically requested for the bouquet actually in it! So, none of the colours she asked for and which were confirmed in email, and number of the flowers have already died. 4 days later. I would argue they should refund my sister for the order, but she's already so upset her gift was such a hassle, I don't want to mention it.

I got married Monday Labour Day 2015 at Lake Louise. I got my bridal bouquet from this flower shop 2 days before the wedding day, since they did not open Sun or Mon.
Its was a nice and affordable bouquet, with the main flower being the roses.
When I picked it up, I mentioned to the owner that the roses looked dry and little crackled already. She said they would be fine and told me how to care for them.
The next day the bouquet was totally spoiled, the store was closed and we had to find an emergency bouquet in Canmore. It ended up being way prettier but I had tons of things to prepare and spending 4h in getting a new bouquet was obviously very stressing.
I went back to the store to complain but the owner/assistant did not care at all and did not even offer any apology.
BRIDES, YOU DON'T NEED ANY MORE STRESS BEFORE YOUR BIG DAY.
I would not recommend this place given the poor customer service experienced.

My wife got her bridal bouquet in this flower shop last year. It was a pretty but simple bouquet (mainly roses). We picked it up 2 days before the wedding and the roses were not fresh at all, they already looked sad and dry. The owner said they would be fine for the wedding.
We followed all the care instructions despite of which the roses looked terrible the next day.
We had to find another place to buy a new bouquet right the day before the wedding. I would not like to see any bride been as stressed as my wife was that day and have such a bad memory of that day.
We went back to the flower shop to complain but the owner was dismissive, did not care and did not apologize.
A bride does not need such stress in such a special moment.
