Steel or Rubber hose???
Steel $25.99 Rubber $18.99
... I don't care what the price difference is, but get the steel hose. Reason being is the strength of withstanding 1500psi versus 800psi, it will save you a flood. Believe me, I've seen old rubber hose get worn and burst and it ain't fun.

Hi Friends: I just met up with a couple of clients and they mentioned that they met with another mortgage broker and that this mortgage broker was talking about "photo editing" some financial documents. My clients just walked out because they knew better. My point is, all of us should know better. It's not worth breaking the law by using Photoshop to edit legal or financial documents. We all know the consequences. Just don't do it, it's that simple.
"Hi-ho, hi-ho, build more houses we go..."
The following paragraph is from ATB and a chart from Stats Canada. I'll let you decide whether it's good or bad for the housing industry.
"The increase in residential permits over the last year is a bit of a concern, particularly given the growing number of unabsorbed homes (especially in Edmonton and Calgary). Home builders may find themselves with a glut of inventory on their hands unless demand for new homes picks up in 2018. And given the stricter mortgage lending rules and higher interest rates, that may not happen quickly."
Here's a 45 minutes video of a man whom I admired. A humble beginning, simply math, total focus, calculated risk taking, and foresight. That's why I love this guy. Oh, and burgers, fries and coke, nothing fancy.
