Just had Darrell out to re key my locks and it was great. Best service, friendly, fast and efficient. In and out in under and hour. 3hrs from initial call to job complete. Best price too! Another company quoted me $350 with aaaa I paid $119! Highly recommend

After having issues with our front door lock, we picked Always Affordable to come out and fix the issue. We were assigned Andrew as our serviceman. Andrew was extremely professional, but friendly at the same time. Once Andrew had left, our new cylinder was still causing issues. Andrew promptly returned to make sure his solution was working for us. We later discovered that the issue was not what Andrew thought. He then returned promptly to take a look and immediately solve the issue. I cannot say enough good things about Andrew's work. I highly recommend requesting him specifically the next time you have issues with your locks

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The technician rekeyed our new house and one of the keys did not work causing us to be locked out. He never tested anything in front of us. He was busy trying to sell expensive locks. When I called them the horrible 'customer service' lady yelled at me and wouldn't let me speak. She said we have to come to their shop to be given a key (both me and husband have demanding jobs and travel for work) or we can be charged a service call for them to come to fix their mistake. When I tried to reason she yelled saying their technicians test all keys. She way implying I am a liar? I asked her if she's serious about yelling at me. Will definitely never work with this company and will never recommend them to anyone. If you value your time and money stay away from Affordable Keys!!!!

For the past few years this is THE ONLY Locksmith company I have been using - great service. Trying to get Jeff Van Steenoven for any work I may have - super guy! Knows his stuff and does excellent job on installing locks, explaining how they work (some of the locks he installed are very sophisticated) etc. Locksmiths are super knowledgeable, in some cases were super fast (and in other cases never wasted any time), locks work like a clock after, keys cut and always fit perfectly...Prompt service, courteous staff, reasonable pricing. In fact for the quality they provide they are probably under-priced. Highly recommend them.

We had a break in at our optometry office and called Always Affordable to come and repair our lock and make some security suggestions. The receptionist couldn't book us in same day unless it was after hours. That said, she was incredibly kind, empathetic to our problem and we were honestly thrilled they could do it the same day at all! I'm sorry I didn't catch her name because I'd like to give her a shout out for being pretty awesome.
Their locksmith Dave came by that afternoon and was able to fix our lock and install a metal plate right away. He was incredibly efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The plate was the wrong colour and he said it would take about 4-6 weeks to get in a bronze plate (this was totally not an issue and our clinic was protected. It just a cosmetic thing we wanted to fix). Literally two days later, he managed to get his hands on the plate we needed and installed it. Take about speedy service!
I can't express how happy we are with the service from start to finish. The people were great, the solution was great and the service was incredible. If I ever need a locksmith in the future I can guarantee you these guys will get my business and I'm going to recommend them to everyone. Just awesome.

Jennifer was a delight to speak with. I set up an appointment for Monday, but then Jennifer called me to say they had a technician available & could he come this afternoon. I said of course he could. Andrew called & told me he was on the way. He showed up and re-keyed my locks. Andrew was such a pleasure to deal with, he was so professional and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a wonderful experience with a locksmith. I was very impressed with the service right from the beginning with Jennifer the Receptionist all the way to the technican who arrived at my home. Andrew is the best!!!

I had a great experience with Always Affordable, they helped fix my door which was not an easy fix. Their price was great and customer service was great finding me the parts and their technician came as scheduled and did a great job fixing the door. I would recommend them to others. I went to get a key cut and try to find a replacement for my tool box's lock
There is an older lady she looks like manager or
Supervisor or something . she's rude and it looks like she's doesn't know anything. I asked about
My lock and with out looking she's like oh we don't deal with automotive. I'm like its a tool box and regular lock should do.
Thanks for the girl who did the key cut who helped me fine the right lock in the back of the
Shop.
Just little advice for that manager or supervisor or whatever she was . Do not deal with customers.
That was my last time i will fine a different store to get my stuff done next time..

Excellent customer service from the super nice lady who answered my call to the amazing and friendly locksmith that came the same day around my schedule. Andrew was amazing, friendly and courteous. Explained everything he was doing and how much it would cost. The price was less than half of what other companies quoted me. I could not believe they came the same day, the other companies I called could not. I will use them again and will refer them to all. Thank you so much.😃😃😃😃
