We used them for our wedding on June 30th and our driver was simply amazing! I was a little bit worried with some of the reviews but stayed positive and we had a great time. We had rented to stretched Hummer and it was a huge hit with everyone. I would use them again for sure.

We used AMPM for our wedding in June. Everything was amazing! The limo was clean and nicely decorated. Our driver Larry was so nice and went out of his way to make sure our day was perfect. Very affordable and great service all around. Thank you!!

We used AMPM Limo to take a group of us to my Husbands Christmas party. Our limo driver was very nice he took us for a nice cruise before dropping us at our destination. He was on time and the Limo was nice and clean. My Husband also thought he left his coat in the Limo and they were very prompt answering my inquiry after hours and did everything they could to help us find it. We would recommend them to friends for sure.

We had Wanda, Mohammed and Randy as our drivers and I can’t say enough great things about them!!!!!

They were kind, on time, professional and most importantly, SAFE.

AM PM offered us a photo shoot and it was amazing! I didn’t catch the photographers name but he was also amazing.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a transportation service.



Right from the beginning when I booked they made sure they were able to accommodate my group with our multiple destinations and gave us options for the day.

Their communication is amazing and they are very prompt with emails and phone calls.

We booked for our kids grad !!!! Great driver , great service , lots of reminders on booking , our driver even texted 20 minutes before upon arrival for our kids to let us know they were en route. Customer service was exceptional. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Used AM PM to get 12 guys to the Saddledome for a bachelor party. It was easy to book, the driver arrived early and drove us around for a bit until we had to head to the dome. Over all great experience, would definitely recommend and use again. I liked the reminders they sent to me leading up to the event, it was nice seeing the confirmation.

So far havent had my wedding yet not until august 11th however booking and talking to these guys at bridal fantasy and allowing me to go to the warehouse in Edmonton to check out a limo i was told would be available on my day and the fact that the driver was so kind and patient and informative i hope hes my driver on the day of wish i could remember his name. I read some of the previous reviews so dont forget about me on my day of haha and i hope theres no cancellation as ive seen in other reviews ...so far a pleasent experience and will be able to add more to my current review later on. Excited for the Lincoln!!

My husband and I chose AM PM Limos as our transportation for our wedding day and we couldn't be more pleased. They were on time even despite adverse weather conditions and our driver was extremely considerate in making sure myself and all of my bridesmaids got in and out of the limo safely with our long dresses. They are well priced, professional and we are happy to give them our highest reccomendation!

I’ve booked with AMPM a couple times now and their services was fantastic. Right from booking the limo to pick up and drop off. The drivers were extremely nice and our group of 22 people had a blast. The limo was very clean and there was ice to chill our champagne. It was a great way to get to our destination as one big group.

I used This service twice now. One for my daughter on her 16th birthday and then again for my wedding! My daughter was happy with the driver who stopped for them to take photos and drove them around the city. My driver was courteous and left us alone to enjoy the champagne and excitement of the day. We had also reserved a town car for the evening to depart the reception and he was very accommodating when I had to stop at home to get my forgotten bag for the hotel! The driver was fun and friendly.

Above and beyond!! Hired AM PM limo for my daughters grad tonight and they were wonderful. Booking was very easy. They were on time, upgraded the limo, very clean, even went so far as to decorate the limo with flowers. The driver was Robert, he was very friendly, thoughtful and went above and beyond in his service. I will DEFINITELY use their service again! Thank you for making her night so special!

The limo service was prompt at picking up the 18 grads exactly on time. The driver dropped them off at the BMO centre on time after taking them to a couple great places for photos. They also rode in the limo after the grad for a hour with a new driver was patience with their tardiness. No concerns at either event.

Booked the Limo for my wedding in Canmore. They were not accommodating to photographer who wanted to head into Banff. We wasted an hour arguing with the limo driver about the park pass. In the end. Had to end up paying 1/2 hr over time because we used up our photo time arguing with the driver. We called to complain and the company has no sympathy or anything. Awful experience.

am pm compagnie operator randy is scammer try too scam people credit card number and arrassing people customer about collection agency am pm are operating illegally in edmonton and calgary whit no office business please report any scam money from am pm limousine too the city of edmonton are calgary and better business bureau

Worst experience ever! Would not recommend them at all! After being in contact with them literally days before because it was all about the money and not once did they tell me that the limo I had booked was out of service! Had my daughters grad party standing and waiting outside in the hot weather for the limo keeping an eye out waiting for the limo I had booked (white Lincoln Navigator with black top) meanwhile a red limo was parked there the whole time. No communication whatsoever! I was promised cold drinks (water and bottle of flavoured non alcoholic beverage) which was not provided so they had the stop to get drinks! Not only were they late leaving the pick up but driver dropped them off early at their destination and st the other side of the BMO where the poor girls had to walk all the way down the corridors to the other side in their heels! They only stopped off at one spot for pictures which I was told they had a list of popular places to stop at and that’s after the driver spent 20 mins looking for the AMPM photographer which was supposed to be a nice complimentary add on! Complete waste of time because now they want all the parties involved in my grad daughters grad party to like them in order to get the photos they took! Ridiculous! The pickup...that’s a whole other story lack of communication!

This company deserves a zero - nothing more.

We were so happy to be able to book last minute and they called and cancelled our booking - trying to sell us on a bigger bus for a lot more money.

We dealt with two different people and one of the agents even hung up on us - rude and called us 15 minutes before pick up to cancel and thats why we feel this company needs a 0 on ratings. They didn't try to help us after they quoted us a price but wanted more money..

Please don't book with them - they dont deserve your service. We still can't believe how rude one of the agents were - there are so many better company's in Calgary - look for someone else !!!!

So embarrassed to arrive in such a wreck! Rented the Pink limo for my daughters grad. It was in awful condition. Roof is sun faded, trim has fallen off the side of the car, rust over the wheel wells. The a/c didn’t work, only one window would open, the spring came through the back seat causing a very uncomfortable ride! So disappointed to have rented this limo! At the event two others approached us sharing the same problems they had three years ago with this limo! Obviously not maintained!

I would not recommend. We reserved the hummer limo for our wedding, paid the deposit, confirmed twice the day before our wedding, so imagine our surprise when we walked out of the hall to not see a hummer limo but instead some other stretch SUV. Not only extremely disappointing but we also paid for something we didn’t get. Absolutely zero effort from the company to apologize or offer a solution. I do have to say though, our driver was very good. I just feel bad that he has to work for such a company.

I had a terrible experience with AM PM limo services. When I originally booked with them for my sisters bachelorette party for June 23rd they were great accommodating us as it was last minute due to the rain. They charged my card on a Saturday June 23rd in which I payed for my limo service, $180 for 1 hour. I checked my credit card bill on the Following Thursday (June 28th) they had charged my card again $450. Turns out they put my credit card information from the Saturday before on someone else’s account that ordered a limo service Thursday. I called management and they said I had to contact my bank. I asked how they could still keep my credit card information even though I have finished my services. After a lengthy conversation back and forth with not wanting this additional charge on my credit card over the July long weekend and the manager being VERY rude and yelling at me I asked for a refund. He only wanted to offer me a $150 credit towards a limo, which I still in the end would have had to pay more as it’s $180. Back and forth on the phone with these guys and in the end I told I wanted to take my credit for the limo he is giving me and just take a refund. Needless to say... I was very pissed off and told him that I would be writing a bad review about them and his response was unprofessional. I even asked for the manager higher then him to call me and he said he would get him to the following Tuesday after the long weekend. It’s been 1 week since then and still no call �
