An advanced yoga & meditation instructor and master spiritual reiki practitioner Amanda is passionate about sharing many healing modalities such as yoga, meditation, breath & reiki that helped bring her from a place of darkness to a space of healing. These tools were essential in Amanda's own healing journey and have brought her to a place of truth, where she is able to share her story and empower others to reconnect to their authentic self by guiding them to a place of purity, self-love & joy.

Amanda is co-owner of Yoga Kula, a serene yoga studio in the heart of Rocky Mountain House, AB where she teaches yoga weekly. She also hosts transformational retreats, specialty workshops and one on one energy healing sessions.
