Hi, I'm Amanda Harrison, creator of Amanda Leah Interiors. I live in Red Deer, Alberta with my husband Neil, three young kids and our cat. I have strong ties to Kelowna, BC where I grew up. For a few months each year we head west to embrace the Okanagan summer. I believe my eye for design started at a young age watching my mom transform rooms, unafraid to play with colour and styling. My own tastes seem to be ever-evolving and opportunities have allowed me to feed the craving to challenge myself. The combination of interior design, styling, and organization were elements I naturally gravitated to – where I found that sweet spot and began a journey creating beautiful, functional spaces. I love the process of transforming a house into a home. I focus on the combination of making a space functional, aesthetically beautiful while incorporating your personal requests and tastes. I consider my personal style clean and uncluttered, using textiles, textures, and natural elements to play on a neutral backdrop. Working to meet your own style goals within my level of comfort is extremely important to me to ensure a successful partnership. These elements require thoughtful creations to ensure the space speaks to you. It's a process where we layer up from concept to completion.
