Amato Gelato Kensington

This place is amazing! Went there with my sister not too long ago and was greeted with a smile from the moment we walked in! The service is impeccable and the entire shop is kept clean and tidy as well. They also have a large selection of different but delicious flavours there! Great for a treat on any day, I recommend getting the chocolate-pistachio if you do!

Amato Gelato blew me away with their wonderful service and delicious product. I was very happy with the gelato I had there and felt very welcome during my visit. This was my first time to Amato Gelato and I absolutely loved it! There were so many different flavours to choose from, and the servings were generous too. The place itself has a vintage vibe to it and the staff were also very friendly and helpful in recommending flavours. Would totally go again to try the other flavours!!

Used to be a lot better. Pretty middle of the pack as far as quality goes. The prices are reasonable, the selection is great, but the inside looks kind of trashy and there's not a lot of seating. Somewhat mitigated by the outdoor seating area. Seems like its popularity comes from its proximity to a lot of trendy hipsters and some sort of nostalgic hopefulness that this time it will be as good as you remember. Expect a line up!

The prices are really high for the amount you get. Smallest waffle cones ever but the quality is very good. Service is meh as is the seating. I got the white chocolate and raspberry as well as the coconut mango in a red chocolate dipped cone. The cone tasted burnt, like it was left in the iron too long. I may be back but I'd get a regular waffle cone and only one scoop next time.

Not only was the espresso cookie ice cream some of the most delicious ice cream I've ever had..a delicious treat almost ended sadly when I left my phone there today. A kind stranger (thank you who ever you are) turned it into the people at Amato and the guy at cash made me prove it was mine.. that actually shows responsibility and I'm grateful they take such care ❤

First time in and definitely not the last. The selection was amazing. So many dairy free options. The staff was amazing with helping narrow down what I wanted.

Honestly the best ice cream I have ever tried. Not only do they provide excellent costumer service but costumers are able to experience the taste of any flavour prior to choosing their main. Despite the busy environment the staff welcomes each costumer with an optimistic attitude and provides excellent costumer service. I will definitely be going back!
