We are an esthetics spa specializing in esthetics services such as; facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, etc. We also specialize in Training.

The name of our company is Ramzanali Esthetics Supplies Ltd. o /a Ambber Professional Esthetics Spa and Training Centre. It is presently located at 105, 301-14 Street N. W. Calgary, AB T2N 2A1. Two months ago we had moved from a home-based business site to a store front business. The company was incorporated on September 7, 2001. the company currently exists and has been operating from the above address for two months.

We have recently moved to a store-front location and are slowly getting our longtime customers back. When we where in a home-based location, people were always asking why we were at home instead of in a store-front location, we would normally answer costs.

We have three sections in our business. They are: esthetics training, esthetics services and esthetics products for sale on both a whole-sale and retail basis.

Esthetics Services consists of clients who contact the company to book an appointment. The majority of the income of the company is from Esthetics Services at this time are a major part of the business. We also have an Infra-Red Sauna for the customers to use.

Esthetics Training on the other hand is a lesser part of the business but gains about 25 to 30 percent of the business. If two students come at the same time and pay full tuition, then there will be a gross intake of $29, 000 of which a portion will be used to purchase the products that will be used in each of the courses. There are 19 courses in the curriculum.

Esthetics Products: the esthetics products side of the business is small and we will need more different products from various suppliers to compete with the larger, established companies.

We have lost many suppliers as they have discontinues selling the products we order or the businesses have gone out of business. We are currently looking to Israel and other companies in Jordan to replace the Dead Sea products we had in the past. We are also looking to purchase microdermabrasion machines and Intense Pulse Light (IPL) machines; they are costly but will benefit the business immensely’.

The lease has been signed, suppliers have been arranged and the staff is in place and once the business gets going busier; than another staff member will be added.

The main part of the business is supplying esthetics services to ladies and gentlemen. The second part of the business provides training in the art of esthetics to younger and sometimes older students who wish to become qualified estheticians. The third part of the business provides esthetics products on a wholesale and retail basis to qualified salon owners and students that have completed their studies.
