Dr. Waskik and his team get full marks for their work. An amazingly clean and well kept office and simple booking processes are just the beginning of an experience that is absolutely first rate. I have run the gamut over the years - from regular checkups to emergency work and have always come away very impressed with the quality of dental care and the obvious care Dr. Wasik and his team take with their patients. My highest recommendation for this dental office!

It's a strange experience when you look forward to your next dental appointment (instead of feeling a sense of anxiety), but Ambiance staff are so friendly and helpful that it shouldn't really come as a surprise.

Dr. Nagra is excellent. She explains treatment options and takes the time to make sure that I understand everything. I’ve never felt rushed in her office. I appreciate Dr. Nagra’s warm and professional demeanour, her holistic approach to my dental health, and her efforts to find long-term solutions. She’s very proactive and I highly recommend Dr. Nagra.

Dr. Nagra is a caring and knowledgeable dentist. She pays attention to detail and asks questions thoroughly without rushing you through your appointment. I was impressed when she checked my neck area for any uncommon lumps and bumps, as I have never experienced another dentist doing this before. On top of her being professional, her staff is friendly and kind. I take my young, rambunctious son to her as well, and we were treated with respect and patience. The staff and Dr. Nagra were gentle and thorough even with a screaming toddler. The practice is spotless, and inviting. The payment process was quick, and the receptionists were a pleasure to deal with and took care of everything for me. If you are looking for a knowledgeable dentist whose number one goal is the patient over profit, look no further!

Great staff, very personable and knowledgeable. They make you feel like family. Dr. Wasik is the best dentist I've ever had. He does beautiful work, and is very meticulous. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I'm new in town and needed a new dentist. When I called this clinic to set up an initial assessment, they were very clear that thy would not treat me without a complete set of X-rays done by them (the indication for the X-ray was simply that I was a new patient). I asked specifically if the patient had a choice in this, and the clinic informed me; yes the patient has a choice in this- he or she can chose not to be treated by this clinic.

As an MD, I would always advise that patients and clients have a choice in what procedures and investigations are done (for most elective investigations, opting out if it is an informed decision). Without meeting a patient or client, I find it concerning that this clinic would be so black and white in their approach and refuse to treat me based on my decision not to have X-rays at their clinic.

I urge that patients and clients are always allowed to make their own decisions. This was not my experience with this clinic.

Proactive and Informative

Thank you to all the reviewers as you were the reason I decided to try out Ambiance. This place is amazing. From the helpful and informative reception to the kind and considerate dental assistants Ambiance is a great place to go if you are sick of being treated like a number. Dr Nagra is the first dentist I have ever met who walked me through my teeth, explained my issues, clearly articulated a treatment plan, took into consideration my finances, fears and needs. The list could go on- one visit and I love this place. If you care about being a partner in your own health and you are looking for a holistic approach to your dental well being -the Ambiance staff lives the dental philosophy you are looking for.
