Do you suffer from Pelvic floor dysfunction?

These are all things that are not asked enough in the fitness world.

It is my mission to help women answer these questions. Just because you may have one or more of these does not make you weak even though some women may think so. It is our bodies way of informing us that something is not right and we may have to take a few steps back and repair what is wrong before we can move forward. Even though your Dr. may have said 6 weeks post natal that you are ready to go back to regular exercise does not always mean that your body is physically ready to jump right back into intense physical activities without first restoring your core and pelvic floor from the inside out.

This is an 8 week program designed to help women pre and post natal. Now this may take longer then 8 weeks but you must remember that it is not a race or a competition, it is about listening to your body. All women are different and your body is about to or has gone through one of the greatest tasks it will ever be asked of so it is only normal that our core's need to be re-trained before training can begin.

-pre natal women this is designed to help you prepare for the delivery and the recovery.
-post natal is designed to restore your core and pelvic floor function

It is very important to remember that peeing during exercise is not normal and that this can be fixed. Although it is not life threatening it is life altering and no women should have to suffer through this alone.

Amped fitness is offered through home visits, we offer one on one visits or smaller groups.

I‚Äôm still in awe at how strong all my Bootcamp girls are getting. Melissa Freeman was determined to hit that marker and she did it without the slightest struggle. Can you believe that tomorrow is May 1st ūü§≠ that means summer is right around the corner. We are all settled into our new gym and want to see you there. Maybe you already have a gym membership somewhere but aren’t sure what to train and when, maybe your looking for a great gym to do all your training at or perhaps you don’t live in GP but are wanting some programming done for you to take all the guess work out.
