michel exceeded our expectations. i can't imagine anybody else capturing our wedding than her. personable, talented and has a wealth of experience. the value she added to our day is immeasurable!

We got married on December 23 of 2017 and Michel was our photographer. The shots she took of our special day were absolutely incredible. She was professional, organized and hilarious. We loved her and will go with her for any future photography we need. Thanks Michel!

There are a lot of good photographers out there to choose from nowadays, so why choose Michel of Ampersand Grey? Firstly, Michel isn't just a photographer, she's also a technically trained graphic designer and incredibly talented creative professional. This enables her to have such an amazing eye for photographic genius, which caters to her photojournalism appeal - the authentic capture of you and your special moments that many other photographers miss. She is so unique in how she customizes her shots for the couple or family she is photographing that each shoot has its own feel and identity that is true to the people in it. Secondly, she is that person you think is so cool you want her to like you and to be your friend. But not "mean girls" cool, more like "Tina Fey/Ellen/Anna Kendrick/Alicia Keys" cool (*sidenote: These are my female celeb choices for the game "if you can choose any celebrity to be your BFF..." and I've been watching a lot of The Voice lately too). So funny, so personable, so quirky, so adventurous, so passionate about what she does and who you are. As you can see, I can't say enough praise for Michel! She's the real deal!

Oh my gosh!!!!! There's only amazing things to say about Michel!!! We had our engagement photos with her and of course she will be there on our big day next September! She's amazing! My fiancé loved the experience with her and had fun with taking the photos and like alot of guys he usually hates getting his picture taken! I just picked up the USB of the engagement photos and they are aaaaaamazing!! She even included a little gift in the packaging for the usb, and the packaging is super cute!!!! Michel is so fun and easygoing! I can't wait for more fun with her!

My husband was nervous about having professional photos done for our wedding, and Michel turned out to be a perfect choice for first-timers: she’s disarming, sincere, and fun. But she’s also unmistakably a conscientious professional. I can’t imagine that it’s easy to appear relaxed while efficiently coordinating subjects and getting quality shots, but Michel does it. Many in my bridal party were baffled at how fast and fun the set photos were! Michel also has a talent for capturing journalistic candids, which turned out to be some of our favourites. (They were also lovely add ins for thank you cards.) And of course, her photos speak for themselves: beautiful, inventive, and emotive.

Michel is absolutely amazing at what she does! The first time I met her, she made me feel like we were long lost best friends - she has that gift to connect with anybody she meets and is a truly heartwarming individual. She totally put me at ease, and made our time together that much better. The boudoir session we did together made me feel amazing, and the images she captured are one of a kind. Michel is AMAZING! We recently received our wedding pictures back (faster than I ever expected!). They are the best pictures we could have ever imagined! I love all the candid shots we received, they are beautiful and show such emotion. She was always available if I had any questions, even for a quick call to calm my nerves about our wedding day timeline. :) She is the best!!

Michel and Ampserand Grey are AMAZING!! We don't have enough good things to say about the work that they do. Michel Feist, the face behind Ampersand Grey, is an absolute gem! She made us feel so comfortable during our family session with our 7 month old baby boy, and we had so much FUN!
