Iām so sad I have to do this and never thought it would come to this buuuutttttt ...Unfortunately I have had no shows Or last minute cancellations. Due to this i will have to apply a $25 dollar no show fee to your name for your next appointment and if you want to book another appointment you will need to pay a $30 dollar non refundable deposit in order to hold your spot. This also applies to clients Who cancels twice in a row with less than 24hrs notice. All I ask for is a li...ttle communication letting me know you canāt make it. I have a busy schedule with many people on a waiting/cancellation list, this is not fair to my other clients or myself when you no show! I completely understand that life throws us curve balls that are unexpected, just please respect my business and let me know. You can text, Facebook message or call me.
Also Iāve had people booking appointments then when dropping their pets off inform me they canāt pick up til the end of the day. I can not hold pets all day like that. Iām not set up to care for your pet all day properly. Please have arrangements to have your pets picked up within 3 to 4 hours after drop off.
And last of all! If your pet poops outside of the shop, please come grab a bag and pick it up! Doesnāt look nice having a big old pile of dog poo by my door when clients drop off their dogsš

UPDATE: So we didnāt get the news we were hoping for todayš¢ The chemo and radiation did very little to the tumour and part of it has actually moved in a bad direction. Surgery is already booked for Monday. Doctor is pretty confident he can get it all but warned us there is a chance he wonāt be able to. 6 months of IV chemo will follow surgery. I want to thank you all for the messages, gifts, prayers,healing vibes and understanding! I will try to accommodate everyone the best that I can throughout this process! Please remember prebook as both Kim and I are booking 2 weeks in advance right now.

Good afternoon everyone. Just a update. Treatments are going good so far with no sickness. Fingers crossed they stay that way. I will be at the shop next week but almost completely booked. Iām also grooming the 2nd til the 7th then gone back to Edmonton for 2 weeks. Please look at your pups and if you think they may need a spa day or nails done please book now. Itās gonna get muddy and gross soon believe it or notš Have a great day and enjoy the snow lol āļø

Just letting everyone know there is going to be some changes here at the shop. On Valentineās Day my husband was diagnosed with a aggressive cancer and is needing both chemo and radiation treatments in Edmonton starting next week. I will be staying with him every second week til treatments and surgery is done. I have hired another groomer to help me keep everything going smoothly while Iām gone. There will be a shop phone installed on Monday and Iāll post the number when I get it. Kim is a awesome groomer and I trust her 100%. If you want to wait and book in with me when Iām here please keep in mind there could a week or 2 week wait. Iām asking for everyoneās patience and understanding in this stressful time. Thank you everyoneš

Weāve been taking our dogs to Andrea for 7+ years and she has always been amazing. Weāll continue to take our current and future fur babies to her. Great service and price!!
We took our cat, Zuma, who was severely matted, and they did such a good job shaving her. Our cat, never taken off the farm, was calm and happy when we got her home. Thank you so much for getting her in so quickly, it was much appreciated.
We have a reactive border collie who I am typically fairly nervous to have groomed. Andrea is absolutely phenomenal with her-- we are very thankful to have found her and judging by her behaviour--so was Timber!! Thank you Andrea, she looks like a brand new bitch! ļæ½
We absolutely love Andreaās our animals always come out looking, smelling and feeling amazing.
Took our cat to get shaved for the first time ever because he is a long hair and won't let us any where near him with a brush and he is hilariously handsome she was so awesome in helping him out and making him feel comfortable strongly reccomend!!! ļæ½ļæ½ļæ½
Took my blue heeler Jaws in for a de shed and he looks so good now, he hasn't dropped a hair, he smells amazing, and he even came home with a cute little bow tie! Thank you for a great job, we will be back and we will tell our friends too!!

Super happy with the service I received! I was able to make an appt. for my cat around dinner time for the morning of the next day - no nicks, not cuts and for one of the first outings my cat has had, he hardly even seemed stressed
Super happy with the service I got! She got my girl in very last minute! And my girl looks much better and no more pulling out clumps! Differently will be going back!
She is the best! She remembers us and my kitty, she is quick and very professional, and she treats my giant fur baby like a king and is so gentle with him. She trims his butt for me every few months and I am in and out in 5 min. Less stress for my kitty!! Thanks Andrea!!!
Our mini schauzer used to be terrified to go to the groomer until she started going to see Andrea. She now canāt wait to get out of the car! Andrea always does a great job and we are so happy to have found her!
My girls are always very well taken care of, to the point that they remember Andrea and are excited to go, which I love as they never like when I give them a bath!
My 3 puppies love going to see Andrea, I'm am SUPER picky and have been SO SO happy everytime I pick my puppies up, she is so accommodating with my days off. I moved to BC, and make the hour drive to bring my puppies to Andrea. She loves her job and it shows ļæ½

Andrea grooms my Great Pyrenees and my Ragamuffin cat. She does an excellent job on both of them and she must have the patience of a saint because I imagine they both can be difficult to handle...especially the cat! I have always been happy with the end result and her prices are very reasonable. Pet grooming is HARD work!
