Only okay with giving two stars because I've had male friends come through here and love the service they received and for a long while the repeat service I had come for, which was to have my hair relaxed, had always resulted in the expected outcome.
But sadly I was either too trusting or someone was too ill educated and resulted in my hair being different textures all around my head and being straight for about 5 inches from the scalp before being curly, and if you can imagine that that's not something you expect after paying well over 150$+ for a process you've had done to your hair by the same person at least 3 times before. On their behalf they reached out to me to try and fix my hair but at that point you can't reverse a relaxant and I didn't feel up to having anyone there, much less more chemicals on my head. A refund was out of the question.

Medina is absolutely outstanding. Her customer service skills are through the roof excellent and her techniques are always top notch. She always has me feeling like a million bucks. Not to mention how above and beyond she goes for her customers - definitely a gem in the industry!

Only asked for nails and cuticle clean up. Receptionists were so off. And nail technician was not very competent just wanted to get done as soon as possible! My nails looked so awful afterwards and was charged $45 for their services.

I specifically asked if the stylist was comfortable with cutting curly hair, was told absloutly! Both my daughter and I arrived for a cut and I am so dissapointed, WORST CUT I've ever had, my daughter too! The guy was quick and I look like I have a box cut, i can't even style my hair at all. I felt bad for my daughter who has curly hair too, she was given a cut that is short in the back and longer in front, WHAT? She has to wear it in a bun until it grows out. I also have to mention that my guy had a brush I noticed, that probably had a week's worth of hair on it, disgusting, my own fault for not saying anything to him! I will never ever go back to this place!

im not picky about which stylist I see and I always get a great hair cut, I would recommend this salon to anyone.

Alma was the best hair cut I've ever had! They were very accommodating for my last minute schedule and the staff was very nice. This location is very clean!
