Annie Oats. Honest. Pure. Simple.

Here's what you need to know: I have a degree in Nursing and a passion for skin care. I've been researching ingredients for many years and have found a simple and effective way to manage my psoriasis. There is a similarity among many skin conditions and I created Annie Oats as a way to reach out to others who are looking for an easier way to approach self-care. Is there anyone who doesn't have dry skin? There are reasons for this: stress, not enough daily water intake, poor diet, lifestyle, current products are not working--yes in that order--and I have an avenue that you may like to explore. I've learned to take care of my skin by giving it some credit and only using the simplest ingredients when needed to allow it to take care of itself. Spending less time in the beauty product aisle gives me more time to do things that have more of an impact on how my skin looks (see above). Calgary is hard on the skin so it just needs a little help once in a while. Send me a note and I can suggest a routine for your unique skin.
