This company is just AWFUL. Not only did the man refuse to pick up any of the several phone calls we attempted, but it took over two hours for anyone to make contact, after they quoted 15 minutes! After sitting in the dealership for two hours, I called and spoke to someone else, who promptly faxed over what we needed when he heard that I was not happy. Procrastination has no place in this industry, as people need insurance papers to register their vehicles. My customer will not be able to take her car home until Monday now, because she was not provided with what she needed, after HOURS of waiting.

The Positive - It was good in the beginning. I received insurance at a decent rate and was looked after quickly.

The Negative - But by the bitter end I had enough. Due to complications with Aviva Canada I was rated as 'Facility Market Only'. Once this happened the associates that I dealt with at Anthony Clark were not only RUDE but the least helpful I have ever encountered. I was given the runaround. Made appointments that they didn't keep.

The Outcome - I went with a competitor, Johnson Inc. I spent 8 months without insurance trying to fix my tarnished reputation thanks in part by Anthony Clark and more in part by Aviva Canada. The help from Anthony Clark was appalling and the assumptions made by Aviva has crippled me. You would think that someone would have helped fix this awful mess..

Anthony Tobia has been our insurance agent for 20 years. We've never had a reason to change. He insures our home, our business and vehicles for both. Awesome service.

I find my insurance broker, Susan, very helpful and professional when dealing with situations I bring out to her. She had helped me sorted out the confusion I had on my payment plan with one of my insurance provider.
