I was out of town and mark went to assess what truck and time would be needed. He and his helper loaded the uhaul and got me on the road with no fuss. Everything arrived with no damage. Thanks for the help!!

This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
I have been calling, leaving voicemail, text messages, and trying to confirm times on my moving date for almost a week prior.
On the way to pick up my uhaul truck, they texted me, didn't even call me, to say 'we misplaced your order and have no one available to help you. Try kijiji.'
Are you insane? I'm 8 months pregnant, I needed movers because I can't lift anything, but ended up having to do tons of work myself and now I feel extremely sick.
I tried calling them and so did my best friend, wouldn't return my calls, they finally texted my best friend back with the same message.
I had an order, I am also not fit to be moving anything, I already prepaid and even though cancelled the order still have not gotten the refund.
I had to show uhaul the communication between them and I and uhaul ended up calling the company to help get me atleast someone to help. It's sad when you have to call head office of another company to receive help short notice.
I cried my eyes out all day because I only had a few hours to move and ended up throwing my back out and now I'm sick. Not dependable or professional and I will never call them again and will never refer anyone to them.
