Apex Medical Clinic

Thought this place was better and faster. Went there and waited for over an hour to see the doctor. There was only 2 people in the sitting area when we got here but as we waited it was full. While waiting in the waiting area there seemed to be 5 receptionist and doctors assistants for 1 working doctor. They seemed to all be doing a whole lot of NOTHING!! Staff was unpleasant and rude. Told us there was 2 people in the que ahead of us but called 5 people before our turn.

I can't give any stars, even tho in order to leave this comment I had to pick one star. Racist against whites. I had an appointment and sat for 1.5 hours while every other person walked in after me for 1.5 hours (when I arrived ten minutes prior to my appt to ensure I wouldn't be late). My other caucasion friend has experienced same thing. And it is the girls at the front desk because when I asked why I had to wait so long the doctor was oblivious. This is a fact and not a grudge or bone to pick with anyone. I have never treated anyone in such a way and don't understand the thinking of doing something to a person who is in medical distress that counted on help. The doctor was nice and I liked him. Too bad the front desk little girls have such power to destroy a doctor's professional image.

Worst clinic in Calgary with worst doctors with no confidence and courage to take a daring decision. Puppets working under fear of some non existent fear and suspicions. They try to call the patient again and again when everything could be done in one session. No one is caring or listening here, they give 3-5 mins to a patient and then try to run away. Here money is first and patient last. Better choose more responsible people.

I've been seeing these doctors for over a year now with my medical concerns.

They will never referred you to a specialist. I have explained on many occasions that I travel for work and can't be in their office every two weeks to get my prescriptions filled. I ha e now been off my meds for over a month because I've been gone and when home I have household to run and clean.

This medical clinic is nothing but a cash cow and they don't seem to do anything to actually try and help you with your concerns. I will NEVER return here they have done nothing more than add to the stress I already have.

After reviewing many others statements and the Apex responses, they are clearly unprofessional and break patient/doctor confidence by stating that person wasn't in their office for the reason the patient posted !!! WOW...

Just another reason not to seek out advice from this clinic !!!!

Went in with my 2 year old daughter on a Sunday at 9:30am. I was out of province. They direct bill out of province, which was great & very convenient for me. The wait was also very minimal, they have a fish tank and cartoons to entertain kids and the doctor was very kind and friendly. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. Overall, the best experience I've had in a long time at a doctors office.

I went there 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. When I booked my appointment, they said only one doctor is working in the morning and I found 2 doctors working when I get there. I have to walk out without even seen by a doctor as I waited for about 50 minutes. I got late for my work wondering what kind of doctors spend more then 50 minutes on a patient. Only thing I can guess is there should be some lady patient and doctor forget his duty and could not be able to control his emotions. I just wish no one ever get sick to see such kind of doctors. I don't think doctors and god holds same position.

I went to walk-in for a nagging sore foot. The intake staff were friendly and helpful and I only had to wait a few minutes in the waiting room. When I saw the doctor he was attentive, listened to my concerns, answered my questions and suggested some ways to help me recover without prescribing medication or therapy. I didn't feel rushed or get any impression that my concerns or questions were unimportant or a waste of the doctors time. This was a pleasant experience.

Ease of getting appointment,friendly staff and experienced doctors team made me to switch them as my family doctors.Keep up the good work Toor's.

I have had a very terrible experience, time after time again. They make it very clear that they don't want to help you out when you need it the most. You have to fight tooth and nail just to get sick days and now medication that I absolutely need, they don't want to prescribe them. They don't want to check your charts and they just shrug their shoulders when they lose paper work and don't take any responsibility. I have seen 3 different doctors from this family and they are equally as bad. This place is an absolute joke, and they just do it for the money! A whole family of doctors really need to pull their act together. So I'm off to another clinic as I'm not dealing with these idiots anymore!
