Apex Volleyball is here to provide a positive environment for athletes to grow, programs are designed with multiple levels of competitive volleyball, athletes can develop their skills to allow for sport specific training and or multi-sport sport training.

Working in line with Volleyball Canada's philosophy to train athletes for life and injury prevention, Apex Volleyball aims to provide physical activity and sport (both formal and informal) that teaches our youth how to move, behave and connect with others. Without age-appropriate, regular programming for physical activity and sport, schools and other educational places are missing a vital opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact on our youngest Canadians.
We can change that by supporting best practices in coaching and sport training at all stages of development from beginning to elite levels.

Our training system plays a pivotal role, beginning with physical literacy during the early stages. From atomic to Juvenile, we hold the key to a vast opportunity to improve the quality of sport, physical activity and the health of our players
