I will be returning to the market today with doughnuts, cornbread and meat pies!

I will be at the Southwest Edmonton Farmer’s Market today selling doughnuts, meat pies (which were a hit last week) and cornbread! Thanks mom for the recipe!

Apothecary Baking Co. will be premiering our meat pies! This meat pie is a variation of meat patties that my family loves. We will also have our luscious doughnuts too. They sell out quickly, so consider yourself warned!

Flavour Spotlight: For us, July is definitely a month full of celebrations and for many, this month truly kicks off the summer. In Edmonton, we cram a ton of festivals in July, of course it all starts off with Canada Day and then you add Street Performer’s , Interstellar Rodeo, Free Will Shakespeare, Taste of Edmonton and K-Days! Wow! So it’s only appropriate that our signature flavour is…. COTTON CANDY! This doughnut will take you back to those days when you would eat a whole bag of the stuff without batting an eye. We’ve also added a few surprise topping that you have to come and check out for yourself! We will be at the Callingwood Farmer’s Market on Wednesday July 4, from 12 - 5 p.m. Hope to see you there!

We stopped by the Callingwood market today and tried all four flavors. SO GOOD!! My kids really enjoyed the cotton candy one and my favourite was the apple donut. Currently craving another one it was so delicious. Looking forward to the next market you are at so we can try more! Yum!!!
