Coming out of the gates roaring here, please note the second in our Samurai Sword Series Calgary/Cochrane is coming up on Saturday, September 22nd and will be held at the brand spanking new Springbank dojo, just 3 minutes west of the old dojo! Since Sensei Trevor has been incredibly busy putting together the new dojo, one of the Acadia students offered to make a tournament poster so he ...wouldn't have to. Acadia putting down the clean mats and getting things ready for the Fall!

And the Springbank dojo has a new home! Find us at 250021 Mountain View Trail, Bay D, Springbank, Calgary AB! After the roof collapsed on the old Lions Hall (May she rest in peace) it was touch and go for Trevor to find a new home; but he did not give up and the new place, just three minutes west of the old place, is taking shape! Check out the renos and we'll get the Fall 2018 schedule up this week!

We are getting close to the start of our fall schedule! There have been some changes over the summer. One of the big changes is that the Rutland Park dojo has renovated and taken over the entire basement area of the Rutland Park Community Centre! This has been an ongoing project and the fall schedule at Rutland Park begins on September 1! Check this out: We'll be posting more pics next week so stay tuned! Also...there are other surprises waiting for returning students so keep an eye out here!

Sensei Erik is coming back to Red Deer on Saturday September 15 for 2 seminars!
He will be doing a Gi seminar from 11:00-1:00pm then a No-Gi seminar from 2:00-4:00pm.
We are going to be doing Early Bird pricing at $65/seminar or $120/day, which will end on August 31. Then regular pricing will be $75/seminar or $150/day.
... Last year was a bombardment of awesome information, and I know this year will be no different. We will have a cap on attendance, so let's try to fill it with as many Arashi-Do people as possible!!
