I went in to get 4 cavities filled. It's been maybe 2 years, 2 of my fillings have collapsed and are decaying. I went to My original dentist and he told me they did not seal any of my fillings properly and I will be root canals eventually and it's just a matter of time before the rest of my fillings collapse as well. Thanks for that guys!! I'm so happy I get get pay another $250 per filling to get fixed cuz you guys messed up

Worst rating for all NW practices. Time and time again, they seem to impress their customers. The very people who give them jobs....... Pull your pants up Arbour Lake Dental. You're running a 'bush-league' practice.

It’s hard to have the words to express the feeling of what Arbour Lake Dental was able to provide me with. My smile is my signature, it’s my everything. I never dreamed it would be possible to have the care, attention, individual treatment and consideration of my own personal needs. The staff is extremely personable, focused on customer service and professional. I’m so over the moon having switched to this practise. and would highly recommend it to anyone!

If you are terrified of the dentist avoid going to Dr. Chris Miller at Arbour Lake! two years ago I had a 6 hour appointment booked to have my wisdom teeth removed and to have two metal crowns removed and replaced with porcelain ones and do a full clean. I woke up 2 hours into my appointment. I panicked they quickly finished what they were working on when I woke up and called my Husband to come pick me up. I can’t remember all of the events from that day but I do remember telling the nurse that I didn’t feel that sleepy after taking the oral sedation, waking up and trying to get out of the chair to escape and sobbing on the way home in the Car. Fast forward to now I’m eating and feel the crown come off. I thought It must have popped out that happens all the time no biggy. I make an appointment with a new Dentist to take a look since I still have another crown that needs to be replaced, two more wisdom teeth to be removed and a cleaning. I go in expecting he can glue that crown back and set up my sedation appointment for the rest of what needs to be done… Nope turns out Dr. Miller didn’t even install my crown correctly so when I came out it broke of a large portion of my remaining tooth; I actually needed a post installed so that wouldn’t happen. To top it off since Dr. Millers work was done within 5 years my insurance covered none of the cost associated with the new crown so I had to cover the 1200 dollars off myself, on the plus side that’s less then Arbour Lake charges for a crown.

If you love this clinic because you've always gone here, ask for Dr Mike Lettich when you book a cleaning (he MUST to be the dentist who looks over your teeth and X-rays) or have any work done here. My five children and I have been a patient of Dr. Don and/or Ian since 1993. I've always trusted and loved their work. The son Chris Miller is another story. He diagnosed my adult daughter with 6 cavities, which I had to help her pay for because her insurance didn't cover it all. My youngest daughter battles depression and anxiety and he said she had 16 cavities!!! I had 7 done by him and I flew her to Toronto to see my brother-in-law who is a dentist and according to the x-rays and looking into her mouth he couldn't see the 9 cavities she was to have filled!!!! She has pain from a few of the 7 fillings filled by Chris Miller and I wonder if my adult daughter needed the six fillings? Because he maxed out our insurance, we couldn't have our second cleaning this year. Also, while I was in the waiting room, a young girl came into the waiting room from her dental checkup crying and I heard the hygienist say Dr Miller said she needed 7 fillings!!! Chris Miller is praying on the insecurities of young girls. Beware! I love Dr Mike as he did my root canal and was gentle as a lamb. If it was his clinic I would give it 5 stars but it isn't. I feel sorry that this wonderful clinic is being ruined by Chris.

Worst dentists office I've experienced. Grossly overcharge for everything....If you have anything lesss than 100% insurance coverage you are on the hook for hundreds even for routine cleaning. So many better options in this city where dentists actually care about their customers... steer clear of this place. What a rip off!

I went to this dentist a few years ago and they left a real scare in me about going to a dentist. LThe dentist Dr Micheal did not listen and started drilling into a tooth without it frozen.
He couldnt even remember my case and had to spend time reviewing it. It looks like they put through so many people its like an assembly line

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST
