Walking into Arbour Lake Dental Care I thought it would just be like any other dentist I have gone to, however, they are not. I found them friendly, easy to talk to, caring, and most importantly very informative. Chris and Jen are AMAZING and I can not thank them enough for the hard work they put into this practice. I would HIGHLY recommend Arbour Lake Dental Care to ANYONE who ask for a Dentist.

My family have been patients for several years now. The dentists are all very good and the hygienists are professional and pleasant to deal with. The front end staff are helpful and willing to assist as you navigate the complexities of insurance. I've always been able to book in quickly and had great work done. Dr Don is your go-to dentist for wisdom teeth!

I've been a patient with Arbour Lake for many many years! I've found them to be caring and willing to help . They will also talk to you so you understand and help you feel at ease! Both the hygienists and Dentists! Today I saw a different dentist in the practice, than I normally do, and I'm shocked at how impressed I am! Easy to talk to, both he and the hygienist. I've always had a dislike for going to the dentist, bad experiences as a kid, but this practice really helps to try and get you to come in without your heart racing!

I have been seeing Dr Ian Miller for almost 30 years and I have never been to a better dental clinic. They all get high marks in every category! We now live in Okotoks, and I drive, gladly, all the way to Arbour Lake just to go to Dr Miller!

I have been going to Dr. Ian Miller for approximately 20 years. The care I receive each and every time I visit the clinic is top notch. The team he has assembled has always looked out for me and provided me superior care and service. From cleanings to veneers to whitening - they have done it all for me. I feel that Dr. Miller and his team are extremely knowledgeable and always up to date on the latest techniques for dental care. Cheers.

Ive been a patient here for over 6 years and have been considering looking for another dentist for a while as I find arbour lake quite expensive and I feel more like a pay cheque than a patient. I had a dental emergency last week and went in, as they have all of my records. To their credit they got me in promptly and dealt with my problem very quickly. I expressed concern about the freezing as I have an infant and am breastfeeding. I felt very brushed off and almost like the dentist thought I was stupid. The hygienist was amazing and explained everything to me, and the billing ladies were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately kind staff does not make up for a professional with many years of education brushing off my concern and it was the nail in the coffin. We will not be going back.

Though my wisdom tooth extraction went well, and I'm all healed up after two weeks I find a dental app should be more than the job just being done right. My consult was 30 seconds long in which Dr. Donald Miller stuck a mirror in my mouth and told me to get my wisdoms removed. I spent half an hour in the waiting room for this app. The day of my wisdom tooth extraction I waited another thirty minutes for the doc, and during the extraction the dentist and hygienists talked amoungst themselves and completely forgot about me. It would have been nice to be told what was going on or distracted while he stuck his very shaky hands in my small mouth. I'm back for my follow up today and have been waiting 28 minutes now to see him.

Worst dentist ever. The receptionist is just plain rude. It's not a place for someone who has high anxiety and bad gag reflex when trying to take x rays photos. They certainly don't treat you like a patient and dont make time for you. They just rush you out as quick as possible and thanks to your care I'm now dealing with a cracked filling that i have to get redone as a crown. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else like Sierra dental where they actually will care about making the best of your visit and actually will comfort you for people who hate dental visits.

Very expensive, had to have work that was done fixed at further cost. If I wanted to pay for a Cadillac Escalade, it would be mine.
