One of the best sheesha places in Calgary! And what makes it amazing is the quality of the food, the sheesha but most importantly the 5 star impeccable customer service we received from Sam! Sam was so friendly and kept checking up on us, he made our night!! Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. Good job 👏🏻

Our favourite Shisha place in the city. Believe me when I say we have done our best to go to each and every one of them. Arch has a great atmosphere. There's none that compare to it. They also pre-heat the coals and deliver them to your table and it seems like this service is getting less and less common at other places. We don't order food there very often, but when I've ordered the Lamb kababs a couple of times they were really delicious.

Best shisha in Calgary. The shisha is always made perfectly and the fact they use natural coals is definitely one of the reasons I keep going there.
Sam is great and consistently impresses me how kind, attentive and accommodating he is, whenever I go. :)
