With the snow flying, ski season is underway!

Heads up, we are closing early tonight at 6pm for our Trail Run Series. Spots still open if you want to join us!

Session # 2 of our Trial Run Trio Series!
All sessions will be lead by Arden Young (@ardenly) and Kevin Jansen (@kevinfjansen)
6:00PM - 7:30/8:00PM
... Meet at Edworthy Park South Parking Lot (bottom of the hill).
Group will run a 2-3km warmup along the Douglas Fir Trail followed by a 60 minute guided hill sesison with knowledge breaks. This run will focus on up/down strategies, powerhiking and recovery.
All running levels welcome.
Snacks provided by KIND Snacks!

... Meet at Arc'teryx Calgary Store for an introduction to trail running. Arden and Kevin will chat trail run basics, how to prepare, nutrition and cover some local trails they love to explore.
6:45PM - 8:00PM
8km group trail run (we will start & finish at the store)
All running levels welcome. Alternative routes and distance is available if required.
Superfood snacks will be provided!
