Don’t take the driving test with Lorraine Lardie. Her comments on my wife’s driving was unprofessional and had nothing to do with Alberta’s driving rules. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Save your time and money, go to a different one.

Great people! And really convenient. The registration office is right there, and Ardiel's people will help you with everything.

The straw that broke the camel's back...two days in a row I have gone to pay my vehicle registration before the deadline and the computer has been down. This is the most frustrating experience out of many mediocre ones at Ardiel. Hopefully, they will work hard to win clients back, but for now I will drive the extra 20 km to get my registrations done elsewhere.

I would rather get a root canal than wait 5 deep with one wicket open and 4 people behind the counter.
Don't waste your time go elsewhere.

When you walk in there to pay a ticket ajd there is atleast 15 people with one person working hehind the desk...

I have used Ardiel Agencies a number of times and always found them helpful and efficient.The girls at the counter have always been friendly even though they were very busy and often dealing with some very rude customers. Thank you !!!!

Over the years I have always had non-stellar service at Ardiel Agencies. Customer service people have always seemed like they do not have a personality, almost like it was a nuisance for me to be in there requesting service. Today was extremely different. I called in to see if I had to have a copy of my insurance papers as my broker forgot to send them to me so I could print them at work and my printer at home had just died. It was getting close to closing time but the lady on the phone told me to forward her my email from my broker and she would print them and have them ready for me. She did mention to hurry as they closed in the next 30mins. I pulled up and was in and out in less than 10mins. Although the service agent still didnt have much of a personality the service was quick, accurate and somewhat friendly.

I have been insured through Ardiel for 11 years. I combine both my automotive and home insurance through them and have had an excellent experience. Every time I have a question, they are more than helpful to answer :)

Treat disabled people awfully! Horrible awful customer service to go along with it. They snap at you like you're an inconvenience... There is a huge step outside the front and after 8 years of struggling to get my sons wheelchair in and they sat back and watched.. and let people push past me to get in, serve them first.., I find out that you can go to the back of the building and call them to be let in! I find this out from another patron.... Not them! Unbelievable!
