Aritzia

I go to Aritzia almost every week and the customer service here is the nicest in all of the Aritzias in Calgary. They're the one location that doesn't judge you by how you look. I can show up wearing sweats and a hoodie to shop and I'll still be smiled at and greeted. I do not receive the same service when I go to the TD or Chinook locations. The girls there are too snobby, you have to be in full glamour for them to even smile at you.

Seriously need new management someone who can get their store together actually not they store more like the employees i'm not trying to be rude or anything out of all employees probably one girl who works here who is nice and the rest are super rude they don't want to help you and they never answer the phone I've been shopping at Aritzia for years but this location is really disappointing... As A customer and such a big luxury company Aritzia is live up to the standard of your company I expect the best customer service experience...

Friendly staffs

I always feel uncomfortable going to Aritzia because of their security guards breathing down my neck. They often ask to check my bag when I obviously walked straight in and out looking for a friend. Fitting rooms are few, and often there are no sales. If they are worried about theft, they really should come up with a better strategy because it is not making me feel like i want to shop there at all.
