Spoke with Arpis on 2 occasions over the past 2 weeks. The first time they provided excellent information on how to solve an issue with my thermostat over the phone at no cost. The 2nd issue they came and resolved quickly and professionally.

Arpis did a excellent very professional replacement of my Furnace and two hot water tanks. The price was good. The two technicians worked all day and cleaned up before they left the job. Very neat and clean installations. i recommend Arpis if you want excellent and professional work. Thank You to the two Arpis technicians for doing a great job in our home for us.

I am very impressed with the knowledge and work i got. I ended up buying my own thermostats and was told that they could imstall them but it wont be covered under warranty. I would like to thank the two gentlemen who did an outstanding job installing our furnace, they even checked out the hot water tank which had a leak and notified me. If i could give 10 stars i would, highly recommend if anyone is looking for a new furnace to be installed.

I was recommended to Arpi's by a friend and it turned out to be a refreshingly good experience. I spoke with Donna at Arpi's and she is fantastic! Donna was able to get to a solution quickly and efficiently. Customer Service folks can learn a thing or two from Donna. She made my day.

We recently had a new air conditioning unit installed in our home, and let me tell you, the experience from beginning to end was absolutely perfect. Jeff Johnson who was the assigned PM was very professional, respectful and thorough when going over the details with us. The team that installed the Air Conditioning Unit were great as well - they were punctual, efficient, professional and also very thorough in explaining the operation of the air conditioning unit. Overall - this was a 5 star experience - and I will most definitely be referring friends, family, co-workers to Arpis. Also, I'm a real customer and this has not been solicited in any way, the above statement is true and if you are reading this review in search of a service provider, look no further!! We had a recent service call on our furnace and used Arpi's. Overall the experience was very good, the tech resolved our issue quickly and did with a thorough safety inspection to ensure we were within all safe operating standards and levels. The only negative was when I booked the call I was not made aware of a two hour service window so after 45 min of waiting I got a bit aggravated and had to call in to dispatch to see what was happening. That aside, I would recommend Arpi's, the tech and service provided was excellent.

So happy with my follow up tech visit with Jeff. He called ahead, showed up on time, and was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Jeff gave some amazing advice for heating and cooling my home, and showed me how to fix the clogged hose on my furnace. Probably the best service call I have had in a long time, and I would absolutely recommend Arpi's to my friends!

We had our Goodman Air Conditioner installed by Arpi's. We found the crew at Arpi's to be highly courteous with skilled technicians and knowledgeable staff. Arpi's will be our first choice for all things heating and cooling related. Great service, polite snd professional technicians...recommend them without hesitation.

We woke up Thursday morning and discovered that while our furnace fan was still humming nicely along, there was no heat. We called Arpi's and were swiftly taken care of on the phone by Avery, who managed to arrange for a technician to be at our house within a couple of hours. Jacob arrived within 2 hours of our initial call, diagnosed the problem, fixed it with a replacement part from his truck, and got the heat back on for is. Excellent efficient pleasant customer service and very able tech service with parts on hand, it just doesn't get better than that!
