Arrkann Trailer & Rv Centre Calgary North (Permanently Closed)

My experience at Arrkann was excellent and everybody was courteous and friendly to me and they looked after my needs. Special shout out to Michelle, Shiloh, Tyler and the two ladies at the service desk. I will definitely recommend you guys to family and friends and hope to do business again with you guys in the future! :)

We purchased our new trailer in June. When we arrived for our walkthrough, the trailer wasn't ready, the cleaner was still inside cleaning while we went through it and there were numerous issues with the trailer. We purchased the extended warranty as well as paint, fabric & mouse protection and we were told it was completed prior to pick up. We later found out this was untrue and was not completed until we brought our unit in for service regarding another issue that had arisen while we were out on a trip. We were told that this protection package was going to be done while the trailer was in for service this time. Who knows if it was even done. I paid $965 for this package and still not 100% confident it has been done. Trailer is back in for service now, repairing issues from initial walkthrough and pick up in June (as the parts had to come from the manufacturer) and has been there one week already. I was told it would be ready in one week. Trailer sat out 5 days before even going in. Now we are being told it will be another week. At this point I don't care because I just want my trailer fixed so I don't have to come back again! As mentioned in another we review we have experienced the same lack of communication and customer service from the service department in regards to calls not being returned and no communication at all. Why even bother making an appointment in advance? I understand sometimes other jobs can hold up the shop but in light of all of the other issues on this unit and our extreme patience with this entire process, I feel there would be some kind of urgency to complete this job in a timely manner and try and make a customer happy. There have been numerous excuses about moving to the new location, short staffed, etc.....but they have been in the new location now for months. One positive note........Five stars for Pam in Sales!

Terribly disappointed in their service of late. They used to be good. Prices are outrageous. Took my RV in for some diagnostics and repair and they did nothing for over a month except disconnect one wire. Then told me they were waiting for parts. They couldn't have even looked at the area that was under concern or they would have seen the broken wire; which it turned out was all the problem. Also sold me a solenoid claiming it was an isolator. It overheated and had to be replaced. Won't be going back there!

We had to get some work done on our trailer. I called the service department on July 6, and left a voice mail message. I had not heard back from Service in 2 days, so I called them back.. I then booked an appointment and took my trailer out to the new building on the designated date, July 13. I called a week later ( July 20) , around 11:09 am, and left another voicemail message ( no reply). I called again at 2:00 pm, , since I had not had a rerun call, earlier; and had to cancel a campsite reservation; only to find out that our trailer was not even started on, for repairs, yet. There was supposed to be a penalty for cancelling so late, but the manager at the campground was nice enough to cancel their charge. The service desk told me that they "may look at it" that day, or the next day.. It is now July 28, and I have not heard anything from the Service Department.. Why would we be told to bring our trailer out for servicing , only to have it sit for a week? Why is the Service department not returning calls from Voicemail ??

Immediately when I walked into the lot I was greeted by Chris. A no pressure sales guy. The exact type of sales person I need. I had set in mind what I was really just browsing for. Chris answered all my questions and showed me around without once pressuring me into anything. He treated us like friends. We ended up finding a trailer that we really liked and it was so easy to get the deal done. We dealt with michelle in finance and shilo in parts. Both were a pleasure to work with. Zero pressure with either and alot of fun to joke around with.

Personally we made the sale harder for them than it should be as we were leaving on a trip and then rushing into the trailer as we wanted to camp on our first days off. But everything remained so easy with them.

The biggest praise I have to give them all is that even though they were in the middle of moving to a brand new location. (which is pretty awesome by the way) they all worked together like a team to ensure that everything still went smoothly for us. Our delivery was delayed by an entire 30mins which was nothing considering they were still scrambling to move. I expected far worse. HUGE KUDOS!

Great experience right from the start. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Offer a great deal and no pressurized sales. Would recommend them.

Right from the original phone call to delivery to our first camping trip, Arrkann provided 5 star service!! Pam was A1 in helping us find a trailer that worked for us, financially and logistically!! Very personable , and genuine!! Michelle was fantastically fabulous in meeting our payments and phenomenal in the very elusive customer service part of a business these days!! Trevor was a kind, handsome breath of fresh air in his tutorial for us very green (this is our first trailer EVER) trailer owners. Calling us back to answer, what we are sure were silly questions, lol, while we were getting ready for our first camping trip in our wicked, awesome 2017 Passport!! Everyone was so nice and friendly every step of the way. I will not go anywhere else ever for anything I need for our trailer!!!

With our recent purchase of a travel trailer, we've become part of the Arrkann family, and we couldn't be happier. We had tremendous service along the way: from Pam in sales; Neil the manager; Michelle in finance; Shiloh in parts; through Cory for our walk-through; everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
