About Arshad Rashed
Arshad is a devoted family man spending his free time with his 2 children, wife of 10 years, and extended family. Honesty, love, integrity, hard work and passion drive every aspect of his life. Started a career in sales with KCD Distribution’s as the CEO /founder. He managed a full line of beauty products and sold the corporation to continue on to real estate.
Arshad has since built a successful career in real estate entrepreneurship for the last 5 years and counting. Maintaining effective and favorable results for buyers, sellers, investors, and banks, in both the residential and commercial markets. Currently representing local and national clients such as the Torgan Group & MPI Group with the $200 Million New Horizon Mall project. Construction is under way and the project is slated for completion by November 2017.
