I am a recent diploma graduate from the Culinary Institute within the Art Institute of Vancouver in beautiful, British Columbia. I left Alberta with a goal in my sights and passion in my hands and now I am back and ready to share this passion with you. Food has been a central matter in my life and growing up, my fondest memories are in the kitchen. As Easy As Pie Confections is my way of sharing my passion for baking and pastry arts and creating memories with those who love good food just as much as I do!
