Dwayne has always underestimated himself. He would always come to sessions telling me what his past week of workouts looked like; all of them 20 pounds under what I knew he could do.
Since coming to the Asgardian Strength Powerlifting Club in January Dwayne has competed in a Powerlifting meet. This got him out of his comfort zone but something else happened. Dwayne met this inner beast that was hungry to add weight ...to the bar.
In the last few months Dwayne has added 40 pounds to his squat, doubling 15lbs heavier than his old 1RM

Bradley and I put in some work on his deadlift today. He found a great position to pull from and now we are going to train it in a range where his technique is challenged, but no technical breakdown occurs.
Bradley has ran Spartan Races in the past and plans to do more races in the next 2-3 months.
