Days like today, where I’m tired and lacking motivation, I sometimes crave coffee. But for 8 months last year I had ZERO coffee and it didn’t bother me! I detoxed and had caffeine headaches for 2 weeks, then was fine. But today...what I would do for a coffee!! I refuse to give in to the craving and undo all the great progress I’ve made. So instead? This was the biggest lesson of 2018 for me, and once it became clear (and easier to do with practice...around May-ish), things really started to click. I started to focus on who I could serve with my unique gifts and where I could make the most difference. I reached out to influencers and got outside my comfort zone...A LOT.
