We are a Calgary based company and have developed a deep understanding of the needs of our community and our clients through personal experience. We fully integrate the services of Alberta Health Services and resources within the community to facilitate the optimum outcome for our clients. We uphold the highest standards of personal dignity, independence, individual preferences, privacy and safety while providing compassionate care to our clients.
Our transitional services are holistic, considering the whole person and their physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual needs as they transition to the next stage of life or an acute illness. Our transitional services and one on one consultation assist our clients to live with dignity, and remain as safe, comfortable and independent as possible wherever they live – in their homes, in retirement communities or long term care settings. We are proud to make a positive difference in our clients’ lives.
