The team from Aspen were great, they were on time and got everything done as promised. Will be using again for sure!!! The products were good no harsh chemical smell. The team was truly amazing!! Highly recommended.

Prompt and efficient service from team 1. My floors look amazing. Better than they did when I first moved in 3 months ago. Very happy with the service.

I really enjoyed my initial service. I cannot say I would recommend or use this service again. I had very specific requests about how I did and did not want things cleaned and that was never respected, out of 5 visits. The straws that broke the camels back were breaking an irreplaceable ornament, leaving my kitchen floor sticky, and taking a full bag of my bottles (that I was going to donate to the scouts this week). I wish this had worked better as I really would like to have someone take care of this but this company is not the fit for me.

AspenClean always come on time, clean with healthy cleaning products, and leave my place in great, very clean condition. The ladies are cheerful and efficient.

My house was spotless, the teams are friendly and professional and great with my dog! They work efficiently and fast...love love love!!!

Love the checklist they leave, it's very clear and gives me confidence in what I'm getting at what price.

The online booking service is super easy to use as well, the email reminders are great. Highly recommend...5 star+

Just had Team #5 come over yesterday and clean our house from top to bottom. Fantastic job! Our house has never been cleaner. They cleaned spots that I didn't know were dirty..... Highly recommend. Very nice and friendly as well.

The ladies were fantastic, did an amazing job and were very kind to my dogs. I am pregnant, due today, and feel like my home is ready thanks to the AspenClean team. Team 1 is 5/5 in my books.

Aspen does a consistently good job but team 4 really wowed me today... everything on the regular list done well, and efficiently enough to clean my windows (and other areas) - above and beyond the call. The haze of toddler fingerprints is gone!!

Team 6 came into my Calgary condo yesterday - Oct 31 - for the monthly service. I am somewhat "disorganized" at the best of times but this was, bar none, the very, very BEST service I have ever had. They went way, way above and beyond what I expected for cleaning and getting me better organized. I will have to up my own game now to keep things in place lol.
The problem is now everyone will want Team 6 BUT they deserve this praise for the obvious pride they take in their work. Well done !!

It was absolutely wonderful to come home to my house after Aspen was here! It was beyond my expectations and the BEST cleaning company I've ever had in! And I've had many! Finally found a company I will use over and over! Definitely 5 star service and quality of the clean. I couldn't be happier!

Called Aspen out to clean my house while we were on vacation, gift for my wife, they did a great job. This was the second time I have had them out and I will use Aspen again and have already referred them as well.
Note also that the first time they were out I could not find my wedding ring for quite awhile, when they were down they had found it under the bed and they left it on my night stand, again we were away on holiday, speaks very highly of the people that come to your house. (team 7) good job, thanks.

Recently had team 5 for a full cleaning of our newly purchased home. Very professional, friendly and thorough! They addressed each and every one of my concearns and did an amazing job on the entire home. I would not hesitate to use there services again and will be recommending to anyone in need of a good deep clean. What a relief it was to see how well everything had been scrubbed during the walk through! Not one corner, window or set of blinds was left behind. Appliances looked brand new! Hats of to these wonderful ladies! Thank you AspenClean for turning this house into a home!

This would have been a 5 Star review had it not been for a couple misses. First, the team did not show up with a step stool so anything above shoulder height did not get cleaned. I paid the additional fee to have the interior windows cleaned so only the bottom portion of all actually got done. The top of the hood fan was also still dusty and greasy, I had to clean that, the upper cabinets above the stove, and the top of the fridge the next day. The second miss was that someone had dropped a vinyl cleaning glove in our garbage disposal which I didn't notice until after running it a few times over the weekend.
Aside from those two issues, Team 7 did a great job through the rest of the house. They were friendly, professional and efficient.

If Aspen Clean equipped their teams with stools and they could clean thoroughly I might consider getting them again.
