One of the worst clinics I've ever been to. Was taking our baby to see Dr. Ho. We were running behind and called to let them know. The reception stated that it's fine but we'll have to wait to see the doctor. When we got there we get handed a $50 bill and get asked re-schedule because we are late despite us calling and letting them know.
