Atb Financial

I'm not one to write reviews. But I have an account with two banks, I don't do much business with ATB seeing that isn't my main bank at the moment. But I truly have not been impressed with the service at the other banks, some of the tellers rush you out, and ask way to many personal questions about your money. When I quickly came to visit this ATB branch to ask a question about my account I was greeted by an extremely friendly teller named Montana. I've gone back from time to time and she's been there to help me out every time. I can now say I'll be making the move to ATB. Really appreciate Montana and the Mackenzie ATB branch for the service.

Service level at this location has gone way up. Nice to see the change.

Karen Smith is the most kind and understanding person I have ever dealt with at a bank! She understood my situation and didn't just brush me off. She tried her best to help me and is the number 1 reason why I opened a bank account with ATB.

Awesome service!! Goodbye CIBC - moved everything to ATB!!
