Athletic Asana: Yoga For Performance Description

Michelle Goulet has been teaching yoga in Edmonton and Sherwood Park for over three years. Completing her 200 hour certification through Lotus Soul Gym with Henri Ferguson and Clare Newman in 2011. Michelle has gone on to expand her knowledge, completing her YogaFit level 1 and YogaFit sweat with Lisa Greenbaum. Training with Elise Miller in Santa Monica, CA in Yoga for Scoliosis and has recently obtained her Yoga for Sports Performance teacher training with Denise Hatch and Katherine Roberts at EXOS in Phoenix, AZ.

Athletic Asana was established to give athletes the opportunity to bring their body back to it's optimal blueprint, through yoga. Creating a restorative practice, leaving the body more ready to accept the stress of training, for their specific sport.
