Best gym I've been to! The owner and staff that work there are absolutely amazing! The gym itself fits all the needs of men and women, with lots of classes and opportunity to test your limits. I would totally recommend becomming a member; you won't be disappointed!

Awesome gym! Staff are very friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need. Great environment if you want a low stress workout. The gym also has everything you would ever need to get into great shape. 10/10 would recommend.

I dont really write a review but this gym is amazing that made me write one now :)!!!! The best thing is that it always open,24hours 7 days. Whenever I want to go, I can go :) and everything is well maintained! Not really crowded so you can concentrate on your own working without any disturb that is the reason why I extended two more months. And the owner (i dont know his name) is so kind and nice :) Always ready to help with smiley face :) I recommend this place to work out!!! The best place in Canmore :) even in Canada Hehe
