Mike was very nice and professional and was able to set up our new dishwasher very quickly and ran us through all the settings for it. Great service.

Great experience from booking phone call to service call completion! Called about my washing machine which wasn't fully draining after running a cycle. Lucked out with the first appointment the very next day. As promised Mike called the morning of service to confirm an appointment window. He showed up exactly when he said he would and was very polite and professional. After removing a clog and cleaning out the pump filter; he offered some helpful tips. Definitely recommend Atlas, and will call again for help in future. Hopefully not anytime too soon though. :-)

We had Mike come over and fix our leaky washing machine on Sept 22. Mike was great, explained what was wrong, what he was doing and had it all done in next to no time!

Mike replaced the dishwasher in my rental unit in a very short period of time. He was professional and interesting to talk with and definitely knows what he is doing. Was careful with removal and installation and concerned about not damaging anything in my home. Already running a load of dishes through and it sounds amazing!

Robert came to help to replace door seal for our LG washer. Fast service, explained potential future problems with the washer, recommended how to take care of it (what to clean etc.). Was honest and nice to talk to. I recommend Atlas Appliances if you need a professional service and attitude.

Friendly staff. Went there to order a part for LG refrigerator

Said our dishwasher needed a part and told us it was ordered (in our rental property - so we had to deal with telling our tenants all this bs) - 6 weeks later - no part. We were told it would be in Monday, then next Wednesday, then tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow... we ended up telling them to forget it and finding somewhere else.. but they still charged our credit card $100!

Horrifying. It's been two months and I still have a broken washer. When the service boy Robert showed up, he had a terrible attitude. He told me not to give him any lip about the wait. It was 3 weeks before I could get them out. After coming out, they told me the part for my washing machine was discontinued. He attempted to leave my washing machine in the middle of my living room. I had to fight with them just to put it back. I still haven't heard back from them. If you want terrible service, ATLAS APPLIANCE IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Anyone know of a proper service company out there? Please let me know.
