I have been to other car manufacturers before (about 6 to 7 in last 4 years) but, I must say what I experienced at Audi Edmonton North can not be described in words. It is fabulous!!! Xerxes Rodi who was helping me to select better model and configuration of my car. I must say that he is the best as he understood my expectations and requirements and then made his recommendation. I am writing this review to express my satisfaction as I have met lots of Sales person but rarely we meet a person who is working in best interest of customer, not for their sales target. Yes I have finally graduated to driving a real car. I got it two weeks ago from Audi Edmonton North and man it's such a great car. Impeccable customer service. Unbelievable showroom and staff. I have never been treated so well at a dealership...ever. It feels like Christmas every morning.

My wife recently purchased a used SUV from Audi Edmonton North. I could not have been more impressed with the team that was involved in our purchase. JP, X, Jeff and Elma were super nice and treated my wife like a rock star! They were super professional and helpful. My wife, who historically HATES car buying, has been completely reformed -- she would happily get another car as long as we never go anywhere else. She's looking forward to the complementary car washes and regular service. They offered service loaners, snacks while you wait and airport shuttle service as long as she owns the car...even though it was a non-Audi vehicle. It makes me wish I had an Audi now!! Highly recommended.

Last fall when I brought my Audi into swap the tires, the staff also washed my car. In the process, the pressure washer took off a piece of 3M I have on a headlight. I'd like to thank the service department for their honestly as they could have just left it and I probably would not have noticed. Instead, they contacted me and apologized, and immediately took it to their 3M provider to be replaced. Although the whole process took longer than a tire swap should have (especially on mounted wheels), they offered great service through the entire process and I would go back for my maintenance.

Just purchased our S5 Cabriolet today and the entire experience was second to none! Thanks Bailey for your above and beyond what ever it takes attitude, a quality not found too often!Rai, I promised myself I wasn't gonna get any extras, with explanation of the benefits if I were to get with no pressure, and extras I got with some good laughs in between. Everyone making us feel like family and treating us with the up most respect at every turn. Certainly last but not least Elma, you truly are genuine, what a great way to take final delivery!

Great service. Very friendly. I went in to drop my car off for a 55k oil change and what not. I was going to ask for a ride back, but they gave me a loaner a6 instead. I would have taken anything, as I wasn't keeping this car forever, not like some people giving 1 star reviews because they didn't get the loaner of their choice. When I returned to grab my car, it was 15 minutes to close and the receptionist could not find my keys, so I had to come in the next day. They called me in the morning and asked when they could come drop off my car, which was a nice offer, but not necessary. When I came in, the service people were with other people, but they acknowledged I was there and they would help me as soon as possible. I wasn't going to write a review, but seeing some of these one star reviews by entitled brats, i had to write a 5 star to get the rating back up to where it should be.

Great service from this dealership , especially from Mirza who took care of everything perfectly on my A5.

Also test drove an A6......amazing car for the Edmonton Winter roads.

Audi Edmonton North is Fantastic! They go above and beyond! Xerxes and JP make us and our kids feel like family when we come in! The service manager did us a solid too by squeezing us in because we are from BC and had to have a code checked immediately. Our next Audi purchase will be from these guys as well (yes, we are so happy with them that we will come to Alberta to buy the car again)!

I would not buy or ever get my vehicle serviced at this dealership. We purchased at the Southside location and one afternoon we were on the west end when our oil light came on to get "top up right away" I guess it was low so we drive into the service bay in the north location (but this had happened before and we drove right into the southside service bay and they topped us right up no questions asked!) And the dealership gave my husband the run around (oh talk to that guy, or wait sit here, pls move your car, now wait for that guy) while my 8mo old and I were in the car.....I mean for half a litre of oil?! Bad Service!

Well.....the manager needs a course on customer service. 2017 audi s3....got it at the end of Nov early dec 2017. First service at 8000 kms I note all the tires are falling apart. The manager fails to practice customer service....no loaner car no compensation for tires as I had to replace them all with a new brand to ensure my safety and the safety of my kids. In the company's defense....my service initially was very good when I bought the car however a few months after the true colors show with there management....not the initial sales agent. They basically are stating that these tires are known to crack in the cold. Hmm....makes sense you sell a car I'm winter with these tires and its sitting in your lot in the winter. This dealership is an utter joke and you will expect better customer service at a used car lot!!! What the manager doesnt understand is a little customer service goes a long way.....poor customer service is devastating as social media is advertisement and I intend to educate the public on my experience rather then have someone get the same raw deal they have me. 26 cars since I was 16....Acura Volkswagen Audi and this dealership is by far the worst experience I have had yet!! Dont take your business here. I have experienced really good things in the past at Norden Volkswagen and will be going back there next time!!

I went in today for my one year service. Although I pre-booked a loaner car, when I arrived they did not have any available. They sent me off with the promise to call me once a loaner car came in. Two and half hours later, I have still not been contacted re: the loaner car and my car has yet to be serviced as a result. "I" called them back just to be told they still have no loaner car for me but they will call once it is available! Once again, my appointment time for my service was 09:00. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she was in a meeting and she would call back. Still have yet to heard from her. Customer service is substandard especially considering this is a luxury car provider.

Great service. Very friendly. I went in to drop my car off for a 55k oil change and what not. I was going to ask for a ride back, but they gave me a loaner a6 instead. I would have taken anything, as I wasn't keeping this car forever, not like some people giving 1 star reviews because they didn't get the loaner of their choice. When I returned to grab my car, it was 15 minutes to close and the receptionist could not find my keys, so I had to come in the next day. They called me in the morning and asked when they could come drop off my car, which was a nice offer, but not necessary. When I came in, the service people were with other people, but they acknowledged I was there and they would help me as soon as possible. I wasn't going to write a review, but seeing some of these one star reviews by entitled brats, i had to write a 5 star to get the rating back up to where it should be.

Great service from this dealership , especially from Mirza who took care of everything perfectly on my A5.

Also test drove an A6......amazing car for the Edmonton Winter roads.

Audi Edmonton North is Fantastic! They go above and beyond! Xerxes and JP make us and our kids feel like family when we come in! The service manager did us a solid too by squeezing us in because we are from BC and had to have a code checked immediately. Our next Audi purchase will be from these guys as well (yes, we are so happy with them that we will come to Alberta to buy the car again)!

I would not buy or ever get my vehicle serviced at this dealership. We purchased at the Southside location and one afternoon we were on the west end when our oil light came on to get "top up right away" I guess it was low so we drive into the service bay in the north location (but this had happened before and we drove right into the southside service bay and they topped us right up no questions asked!) And the dealership gave my husband the run around (oh talk to that guy, or wait sit here, pls move your car, now wait for that guy) while my 8mo old and I were in the car.....I mean for half a litre of oil?! Bad Service!

Well.....the manager needs a course on customer service. 2017 audi s3....got it at the end of Nov early dec 2017. First service at 8000 kms I note all the tires are falling apart. The manager fails to practice customer service....no loaner car no compensation for tires as I had to replace them all with a new brand to ensure my safety and the safety of my kids. In the company's defense....my service initially was very good when I bought the car however a few months after the true colors show with there management....not the initial sales agent. They basically are stating that these tires are known to crack in the cold. Hmm....makes sense you sell a car I'm winter with these tires and its sitting in your lot in the winter. This dealership is an utter joke and you will expect better customer service at a used car lot!!! What the manager doesnt understand is a little customer service goes a long way.....poor customer service is devastating as social media is advertisement and I intend to educate the public on my experience rather then have someone get the same raw deal they have me. 26 cars since I was 16....Acura Volkswagen Audi and this dealership is by far the worst experience I have had yet!! Dont take your business here. I have experienced really good things in the past at Norden Volkswagen and will be going back there next time!!

I went in today for my one year service. Although I pre-booked a loaner car, when I arrived they did not have any available. They sent me off with the promise to call me once a loaner car came in. Two and half hours later, I have still not been contacted re: the loaner car and my car has yet to be serviced as a result. "I" called them back just to be told they still have no loaner car for me but they will call once it is available! Once again, my appointment time for my service was 09:00. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she was in a meeting and she would call back. Still have yet to heard from her. Customer service is substandard especially considering this is a luxury car provider.

Yesterday I got my first Audi A4 S line. I have been to other car manufacturers before (about 6 to 7 in last 4 years) but, I must say what I experienced at Audi Edmonton North can not be described in words. It is fabulous!!! Xerxes Rodi who was helping me to select better model and configuration of my car. I must say that he is the best as he understood my expectations and requirements and then made his recommendation. I am writing this review to express my satisfaction as I have met lots of Sales person but rarely we meet a person who is working in best interest of customer, not for their sales target. The whole team of Audi Edmonton North (including Mike Bernardo and Jeff Brodhagen) made me to feel that I am special for them. They were taking care of each and every single thing which can make my experience of buying a new car truly exceptional.

If you are first time buyer of a car or an Audi car, I would highly recommend you to see this team, as you will get the best and honest opinion.

My wife recently purchased a used SUV from Audi Edmonton North. I could not have been more impressed with the team that was involved in our purchase. JP, X, Jeff and Elma were super nice and treated my wife like a rock star! They were super professional and helpful. My wife, who historically HATES car buying, has been completely reformed -- she would happily get another car as long as we never go anywhere else. She's looking forward to the complementary car washes and regular service. They offered service loaners, snacks while you wait and airport shuttle service as long as she owns the car...even though it was a non-Audi vehicle. It makes me wish I had an Audi now!! Highly recommended.

Last fall when I brought my Audi into swap the tires, the staff also washed my car. In the process, the pressure washer took off a piece of 3M I have on a headlight. I'd like to thank the service department for their honestly as they could have just left it and I probably would not have noticed. Instead, they contacted me and apologized, and immediately took it to their 3M provider to be replaced. Although the whole process took longer than a tire swap should have (especially on mounted wheels), they offered great service through the entire process and I would go back for my maintenance.

Just purchased our S5 Cabriolet today and the entire experience was second to none! Thanks Bailey for your above and beyond what ever it takes attitude, a quality not found too often!Rai, I promised myself I wasn't gonna get any extras, with explanation of the benefits if I were to get with no pressure, and extras I got with some good laughs in between.
