They took two old dated pieces of jewellery and made the most beautiful unique piece of jewellery that will be in our family for generations to come. They were timely professional and affordable. We were definitely able to trust them with such important pieces. Highly recommend them!!

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful making it a pleasure to shop at Austen. I trust them so much I would never shop anywhere else and their repair work is first class. Quality and pride in their service is the way they do business. Always willing to custom make something. Always willing to wiggle a bit on price despite being very reasonably priced already. Can’t say enough good things!

The staff are always extremely helpful and courteous. We purchased my engagement ring and our wedding bands from here six years ago and couldn’t be happier with the jewelry and the ongoing service.

The people who work here are so helpful and kind. They have beautiful jewelry, but what makes them special is the care and exceptional service they have always given me and my family, even though we are not in a position right now to purchase expensive jewelry; they treat us with as much respect as anyone else. My mother's special earrings were damaged, and while they were not real diamonds, they were of great sentimental value to her. They did everything they could to repair them- and then did not charge us. This kindness made her Christmas. Our family will, from now on, be doing all our jewelry business with them, no matter how big or small.

Simply put the staff are great , the bling is top notch.

My husband and I are celebrating our 21st Wedding anniversary in June. We decided to do an Anniversary band this year and go early. The service and selection is EXCELLENT and boy do I ever love my New ring, lol. We purchased a 14K WG sapp and ruby ring, just gorgeous. Thanks, Carol and Ralph Dudeck.

My experience has always been positive! Yesterday I took in a Silver Necklace from Norway to have it cleaned. They cleaned it for free but also did some teaching on how to care for this piece that is 46 years old! Thank you!

I went in with a very unique idea for my wedding band to combine it with my engagement ring. I was unable to find any pictures of what I had in my head. The owner and his daughter spent time as I explained my idea and had me draw it out. The ring turned out way better than I imagined. Thank you. Can't wait for the big day!

I went in to get my ring sized one 1/2 size up expecting to drop it off and get it back in couple days with a fee. The staff were fantastic!!! I had no idea they could just stretch my silver wedding band that 1/2 size and make it the perfect fit...with no charge! So wonderfully surprised!!!! I would highly recommend popping by to see the beautiful displays and discuss your needs. This is my second visit there and both times I left smiling and happy. Cheers!

I was nervous to take my engagement ring somewhere to be sized. A friend recommended Austen Jewelers. I went in this afternoon and was told me the ring would be done in a couple days but to my surprise they had it done in a few hours and it was perfect!!! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be back. Thanks so much.
