Auto Align

Love this garage. Service is Awesome 💞 Prices are reasonable. As a woman I'm usually leery when needing to take my car to the shop, Not the case here. Never had such great service as I get with Auto Align. Highly recommend this garage !!!!! 👍👍

If you're looking for a good mechanic I recommend Auto Align. Recently my low-beam passenger headlight and signal light were not working. I tried to change the bulbs myself, but if you know anything about a Honda Civic, you have to take the whole wheel well apart to even get at the darn thing. It’s pain and would have taken me a few hours. I took it into Auto Align, total cost was $108 for an oil change and replacing the bulbs. A mid-range light bulb at Canadian Tire cost $50. Oil and a filter will run close to $40. Auto Align set me up with two OEM Honda light bulbs and only charged me $20. I’ve gotten my oil changed at other mechanics and they told me I need this and that, which I never need. One even told me I needed to change my cabin filter and wanted $70 for the job. $70 for a $5 filter and a 10-second job. Anyhow, Savio at Auto Align wouldn’t do such a thing.

Had my car parked outside for 2 days. Shopping around for parts like any other person would to get the best price. Asked Savio when I would have to give him the go ahead to start work he said (anytime). Come back a day later and was told to leave and tow the car by the end of the day with no notice. No reasons of cancelling the work. Such mechanics should put themselves in their customers position and understand the problem rather than forcing someone to leave without notice. I asked if I could even tow my car tomorrow morning before his shop opens and would not allow.

My family and I use to see our family friends, who own shops in Calgary, for any vehicle issues or maintenance, because there are so many dishonest mechanics in the city. Turns out they were just as bad, and now we go to Savio for help. Amazing customer service, and a very honest, trustworthy man.

I drive across the city to enter my car into this garage, yes its worth it. Rarely can I say I trust someone that I have a customer based relationship with. Honest, and humble. He works with me, getting me exactly what I want.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. First of he does unit pricing so for his two hours of work you'll pay 3x that in labour. Secondly I brought my truck in for some front end repairs and I'd been sold the wrong parts so instead of phoning me and letting me know. He went ahead and ordered his own parts and marked them up costing my hundreds. Will never go back, don't make the same mistake I did.
