Great price and service nice to have a quick responce

OK so ordered running boards from them.
Was going to install myself but weather got cold.
Booked an appointment and had an opportunity to get in a few days earlier.
Appointment was for 1 pm.
I arrived a little after 1230 and my truck went right in.
I thought great shouldn't be too long.
It is now 4 pm and was told 15 mins ago that it would be done in 15 mins.
The ad says easy installation in most cases no drilling required.
Explanation I got was I instructions are bad; bolts are hard to get off...
I bought these running boards from auto truck depot and their installers cannot figure out how to put them on?
I got an apology but that really does very little when 3.5 hours of my time have been wasted so far.
Was going to get front mud flaps installed as well but don't have another 3.5 hours to waste.
Will never ever use auto truck depot again.
Would give a zero star but one is the lowest allowed.
Seen two customers come and go before me and now they finally figured out how to install running boards?
It would have been nice of them if they had of booked me in at 4 which is when they actually started the installation.
Never again.

Mr.Tom Leonard the owner was very apologetic and gave me a great deal on front mud flaps due to the excessive wait time.
He got me in within 25 minutes of my calling him and truck went right in.
It is nice to see exceptional customer service and I would use them again due to Mr. Leonard.

In spite of the bad reviews I decided to give them a try since I had used them few years ago. Called them for a quote for Tonneau cover and other Accessories for a new truck and installation. Talked to a guy on the phone who said he will call me back with a quote and I did not hear back for over 3hrs. Called again and got the same answer from the guy answering the phone that they will call me back but never hear back again. If you are the owner reading this review you should be concerned about losing customers if you care. You lost my business to Truckaccessories and they treated me like a valued customer and ordered the accessories and got it installed in 4 days.

I dealt with Joe and he was great. I was in the market for a tonneau cover and he was very knowledgeable. I did some research online and found a great price and they price matched it no problem.

Ordered a pair of spotlights from them over the phone. Prices are excellent, in stock, and shipping was less than a week. Definitely will call again when looking for a vehicle accessory.

I recently went there to get my box liner and tonneau cover installed. I received very poor customer service from Alex. First of all, their whole "price match" advertisement is not true. I got them a quote that was $200 cheaper and they wouldn't match it; I found myself forced to go with them because the other place was gonna take about 4weeks to get it done. Second of all, the first thing Alex asked about was the payment in full claiming "they wouldn't be able to take the product off once it was done" (even though I had a deposit on already); to me it sounded as if he thought I couldn't afford the service I was inquiring to get done and that's disrespectful. I appreciate all the help Clay gave me (very nice guy with outstanding customer service skills) but I don't think I'll be coming back. I'm kinda disappointed that you would hire people with such manners.

Very bad experience, non professional . I orders the seat cover for my truck, took about two weeks and wasn't the complete sets waited for another week to arrive the rest.
Finally got installed and the stitches were breaking and wasn't the right size. So waited for another week they pick up my truck, when they brought back they some how manage to fit it but wasn't looking good at all and the stitches still breaking apart at the ends.
Ask them to refund my money, said they can't coz they order from somebody else. I should have gone to Walmart or CANADIAN tire and spend $100 for the seat cover rather than spending about $1000 for it .

Im not happy with this place i just ordered a Bak Backflip G2 TONNEAU truck cover for my Ford f 150 Supercab.
I gave these guys the meserments when i ordered on line.
I got them to send it to me.
But when i tryed to install it. I found out they sent me the wrong Dam size.its to short doesnt fit my truck.
I dont belive this.
For the amount this cost.You figure these Dam guys would send the right one.
Now on Monday i gotta take time off work to go see these guys.
And get the right one that will fit my truck.
Boy im pissed off.

Got an auxillary tank fitted by this lot, never again! I received the quote for the tank and install but on getting home found there had charged me $600 more than the advertised price on there website after a phone call this was refunded but after there took another $600 out of my account by mistake so I was $1200 down.I asked for a tank to fit under my cover and told them to call me if there was any problems. Went to pick it up and the inlet sticks up 4inches above the cover, now my cover is damaged and stretched due to them forcing it closed. After picking my truck up I got about 10 minutes from there shop and my check engine light came on, got it to my Ford dealer and after running diagnostics on my truck found that the fuel filler cap was left off! Luckily the dealer didn't charge me for this service. I had to give them 1 star as the site won't let me give ZERO
